I ordered a complete body test for my young son, I was told at the time that his details would be on the test even though it was purchased through my account. His details were written on all order forms and test paper work. However the results have my name on them, I contacted customer service by phone, live chat and ongoing email generated by live chat. This has gone on for about a month and I keep saying the same thing, I need my sons name on the test results. We are using them to move forward to help him but the first hurdle is that it has the wrong name on the results. I've been told it will be sorted but it just isn't going anywhere. Customer service is awful. I would no longer recommend this company due to the rubbish after sales "support"

Don’t know where to start but just avoid, avoid, avoid using them!!! On their website they advertise that they provide test result in 5-7 days and no delays because of lockdown but it took me more than 2 weeks to get my test result. Each time when I chatted someone on live chat or on the phone, they promised they will send me an email next day ,which never happened. They said they would send me an email when they received my sample, never received that email and said that they would notify me by email when my results are ready, never received that email either. I was checking their website if there was any progress and noticed them that they uploaded the result in the website, if I have not checked I wouldn’t even know it was ready ! And the most important of all, I don’t think the test result was correct at all! Their test result shows that I have no allergy at all!!! I’ve been suffering from milk allergy for a few years now and it’s getting worse and worse. I’ve tried to explain them again and again that the result was incorrect and requested a refund. I don’t even know how many times I contacted them, I gave them every opportunity to make this right but they didn’t do anything to fix this. It was a total time and money waste!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND them at all. They provide not only the worst customer service but also incorrect test result. I definite NO!

I am extremely happy with the product and the service. I approached Lifelab Testing because I wanted to find out my gut problems and adult acne. It turned out that I am gluten intolerant for many years, apart from gluten, I am also intolerant of egg, milk, apple, almond, which I kept on eating since I was little. I was quite thin and had a kidney issue when I was 6 years old, and that was highly related to the food intolerant issues. Until today, I still have gut issues, migrant, stiff neck and not even GP got to the bottom of all these issues, which I have a quite healthy lifestyle. Having the test clarified my doubts and I got to know why I had all these issues. Also, the nutritional therapist, Maria, called me and suggested what could be done to improve my issues. She explained the results thoroughly and you got to know "why" beyond just "what" It has been a life-changing and mind-blowing experience. I highly recommend their service.

I was healthy for couple years (unfortunately - I apologize) and the system says "your password has expired, contact customer support to reset your password". I called the number they provide and I had to wait 45 minutes, every 15 sec machine asks me to hold the line. Finally somebody answered (hurray!) and switched me to another department. Now it said the call can't be answered.

Absolutely shocking DO NOT RECOMMEND test was sent off three weeks ago to LifeLab and still no results, partners came back inaccurate not a surprise given it took over three weeks for them to look at them, they every recommend that blood is taken on Monday so they receive it that week to ensure it’s accurate. Spoke to customer services 3 times and continuously told to wait another week. Have requested a full refund. Apparently I will hear from them within two days but we will see, I’m not holding my breath.....

I saw this company on Instagram and they mentioned something about being bloated all the time which has been a big problem for me, I saw they had a really good sale on so I bought one of their best tests. I found out I had loads of different problems with different foods which could be causing my bloating!

I'm now doing an elimination diet using the advice they give after the test to hopefully get rid of my bloating. I definitely feel better already!

I do not recommend at all. Have had a horrible experience trying to purchase this test.
After ordering the test on the 26th of Novemeber, I hadn't received any tracking information and enquired with a Rep from the Life Lab Website Live Chat why my delivery had not been given a tracking number as the website stated 1-3 working days (this is on the AU website).
The Rep from LifeLab then tells me 'it will take 7-21 days as the test is coming from the UK'.
Keep in mind the life lab website said it will come in 1-3 days and this is on the AU website not UK.
I file a refund dispute and the other customer representative Emily then replies to me via email regarding the refund complaint of the website being misleading, she tells me 'Actually if you live in the UK then its 1-3 days, otherwise it will be 7-21 days unless the NSW office has any kits left', she then tells me she will check if its coming from the NSW office and provide a Tracking number, I confirm then that its okay and I'll wait for the tracking number.

After 2-3 days pass i receive an email a diff rep which states that it will be coming from the NSW office and she can provide me with a tracking number if required.
I get frustrated by her incompetence stating if you already verified that its coming from the NSW branch and that I already confirmed I want the tracking number why is it so difficult to provide the tracking number, why haven't you provided the tracking number, isn't it just common sense to just provide the tracking number and be done with it.

She then offers me a 15% refund if I still want to go ahead. I stupidly accept her offer if she can provide me the tracking number and also process the refund.
It is now December 18th and I sent an email 3-4 days ago asking what is going on and that I had enough and I want a refund, I havent receivedany tracking details, no 15% refund email. The rep then responds to my email today on the 18th and gives me a generic refund template which is what I filled out originally which got me speaking to her again.
So they are basically wasting time and also are still yet to show any proof of any shipment.
I would stay away from this company.
I have initiated a chargeback with my bank, they are beyond a joke and cannot give me a straight answer.

Avoid- absolute shambles- after purchasing an allergy test- my activation account said I was getting an intolerance test. A complete different test which doesn’t test for the same things and a complete different list of items. Was told via online chat (George) this was a techcnical glitch. It wasn’t. After not trusting g this was told Ild need to send new blood. Then was told I didn’t and it would be dealt with. After weeks of chasing - guess what. It wasn’t sorted. I received an intolerance test. Trying to them contact them was a nightmare as there phone line that says they are open then said they was closed. Still waiting for a refund - which is going to take a further 14 days. Absolute shambles and so much stress and time waste which I really could have done without! There are plenty of other reputable things doing the similar tests. Please don’t waste your money!

I am very happy with my Lifelab Testing kit, it arrived quickly and I followed the help video on youtube to ensure I got enough blood out.

There was a delay getting the sample back to the lab with the freepost envelope, but it's December and there is a global pandemic so that's to be understood!

I also purchased the additional nutritionalist appointment and glad I did, I've got a full diet plan to follow now and already feel better.

Always wondered what I could be intolerant to and finally I know! Excellent turn around, great to deal with and very professional.

If you've been thinking about it just do it cause after 34 years of now knowing now I have to make some different food choices which I'm very grateful for.

Avoid, cannot be trusted. A duplicate order was processed due to an error on their website. I immediately informed them. Was told a couple of days later that it was being dealt with. Later on I got a email saying that they have sent out 2 kits. I questioned why? I never got any response.

Their website has a phone line that says it's open but it is not. When I questioned live chat about this he refused to give me an answer.

I found this very alarming. I have requested refund but cannot get a straight answer as to when I will receive this.

They have their own review system in place. When I asked for details as to how I can leave a review on their review system I got no response.

Very worrying.

A friend told me to try this test as I’d been to the doctors and got no results. I did hesitate, then she bought it for me and made me do it! I’m glad she did as the results are brilliant. We had a little trouble sorting out the instructions so an improvement on those and this would be a 5* product.

I purchased from Lifelab last Nov, I contacted customer services via LiveChat several times to ask if they tested for dairy. On multiple occasions I was told yes. I also explained to the chat advisors that I had eliminated dairy from my diet to try and see if that had any effects to which I was never told that going on an elimination diet would detract from my testing process. If I had been notified of this, I would have reintroduced dairy to my diet to be able to have a more accurate picture. When my results arrived and I had no reactions to dairy, I was shocked and felt lied to. I tried to get in touch and was then told, they didn't actually test for Lactose and was told by the Associate Director of Operations "this information was all provided to you at the time of purchase" which I'm sad to say, it was not. I felt blamed for not having read the website properly but I have additional requirements which is why I always reached out via the LiveChat option as it was more accessible for me. I couldn't believe there was no option for them to support me further and I was gobsmacked that a company stating to care about customer's experiences, were so clearly ignoring me and my own. I felt that nobody took responsibility in the company and actually felt so silenced by the email I was personally sent by the Associate Director. I have now requested to speak directly with the CEO to see what they have to say about how I was treated.

Applied for tests due to Severe Eczema outbreak. As the NHS could only give me a dermatology appointment in 2021 I paid £230 to Lifelab testing for allergy tests. I hoped this would help with my condition. The test needed me to drawer a sufficient amount of blood for allergy tests to be taken. I could not draw enough blood and due to Covid could not get my GP surgery to help or local pharmacies. I emailed Lifelab testing explaining the problem and asking for a partial refund acknowledging the fault was mine as I could not get enough blood for tests to be completed. To date they have failed to answer my emails. So I have paid £230 for a pack providing two lancets to pierce my finger and no checks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU KNOW YOU CAN GET ENOUGH BLOOD TO DO THEIR TESTS. AND DO NOT EXPECT A RESPONSE TO EMAILS. I only gave one star as there is no option to give none. Still trying to get a reply to emails or some money back.

I paid a lot of money for the test, the lancets didn’t work and they took a while to email the report. The report states I have an intolerance to casein but ok with cow, sheep and goat milk?? And an intolerance of just Gouda cheese?? But casein is in all dairy. I asked for an explanation of this weeks ago but still heard nothing. I’m going to a dietician via my GP now as they couldn’t understand it either!

I ordered 2 tests for me and my wife more than a week ago. I also ordered Priority Testing for both of us and according to their website priority should take up to 48 hours. Instead of 48 hours, it took 7 days for them to deliver test results for my wife and I'm still waiting for mine. More than 8 days have passed, still nothing.

I contacted them via live chat and they said "We faced a bit error. I apologize for that but you will get the other one as well.", and when I asked "when?" they were unable to reply.

I will be partially charging back for my test via my bank because I didn't get the service I paid for. Don't order Priority testing, it doesn't speed up the process. They are very slow and it will take much more time than the promised 48 hours. And I still don't know whether I will receive my results at all.

Quite disappointed.

I went for the full allergy and intolerance test. I became concerned around the sixth day after sending my test as it said on my account that the test had still not arrived at the lab, however I emailed my concerns to them and they got my results through to me a few hours later which is fantastic speed for sorting out a customer concern. I did the test because I suspected I had some kind of reaction to milk based on previous experiments with my diet, and the test confirmed I have an intolerance to casein, which is the major protein in milk, about 80% of its content - so now I feel I can be confident in adjusting my diet to hopefully start feeling better. Plus, the test pointed out some actual allergies I have which I wasn't aware of because they're foods I normally wouldn't eat, so now I know to avoid them!

The only issue I really had was with the lancets, they wouldn't pierce my skin, despite me feeling the sting of the needle, and I had to get a bit creative and things got a bit graphic, but I think that's because I have particularly thick skin. I haven't seen many complaints about the lancets so it was probably my issue, not theirs.

All in all this has really helped me and I'm glad that I did this test.

Found this test to be very useful. Identified some intolerances and one allergy. I have adjusted my diet and am feeling great benefit from avoiding specific foods. Was a little bit tricky initially getting the blood sample but was ok the second time. Prompt analysis and good advise for awhile each week

Excellent service - I got my results from the Complete Intolerance test and found out I am highly Gluten and Garlic Intolerant amongst other things. I was already Vegan and cutting out all intolerances for a month after having advice from the Nutritionist included in the package has improved my cyst like acne and red skin on face, chest and shoulders along with headaches, lethargy and depression / low mood - all improved on a gluten free diet and after giving up Diet Coke, Soda and taking a break from Coffee for a month. It’s changed my life and my acne cleared right up. I feel better for the first time in years.

Lifelab had a 30% discount so I paid about £60 for some lifechanging allergy results. I had been told my entire life I was severely allergic to eggs and nuts and at the age of 32 hadn't eaten anything containing either of those food items. My skin didnt react when I touched an egg shell so I decided to do the lifelab allergy test and I had NO reaction to eggs. I'm now eating omelettes and baked goods with no issues at all. That £60 test has changed my life and the entire process took about a week
