Lamps2udirect Arvostelua

No issues.

Simple and easy.

Lights arrived well packaged and were a good price.
Good experience.

L2U-0524-192158 sent an email requesting a return on 1 of the 3 lights due to a fault and they did not reply. slow dispatch time as well.

Wide range of products including a bulb that I was looking for - specifically a daylight bulb for crafting/painting etc. There was an issue with Royal Mail which led to some communication but they were really helpful and keen to sort it out. Highly recommend!

Watch out if you order for Northern Ireland delivery. Larger items incur a courier charge of £7.95 + VAT, which is fine but what is not clear, in my opinion, is that if you live in Northern Ireland you will incur an additional courier charge of £20 on top of the larger item courier charge as the courier interestingly classes Northern Ireland as an 'export package'. To be fair to Martin at Lamps2udirect there is mention of a surcharge for NI in the T&C's but the extent of this (200%+) could be spelt out more clearly to avoid customers wasting their time.

Very easy web site to find exactly what I needed now that we’re replacing clockwork lighting with LED. Fast delivery and well packaged strip light bulb which had no chance of breakage in transit. First class, I’ll be back.

I’ve used lamps2udirect before. Their website is easy to navigate ( & I’m a wrinkly 😊). Prices are very competitive. I ordered 3 fluorescent lamps & unfortunately 1 was broken. I contacted customer service & spoke to Martin who was extremely apologetic, friendly & professional. He offered a replacement or refund. I requested a replacement & have received . Highly recommend this trustworthy company.

Exceptional customer service – the knowledgeable staff goes above and beyond to assist customers in finding the perfect lighting solutions for their spaces.

Ordered bulbs and then didnt hear from the company for 3 weeks , once i contacted paypal i got a refund , according to the company they were listing items they didnt have in stock, wasted my time.

The team were friendly and gave excellent customer service helping me find what I needed. Quick delivery too. Very impressed!

The customer service at this online lighting store is top-notch. I had a few questions about specific products and the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They guided me in making the right choices for my home, and I couldn't be happier with the end result.

I had a wonderful experience shopping for LEDs from this online store. The website was user-friendly, and I found exactly what I needed. The lights are energy-efficient and brighten up my space beautifully. Great products and great service!

I bought a Philips 150 watt Infrared Heat Lamp Bulb model PAR38E from Lamps2udirect for physiotherapy but I received a no branding product. It absolutely couldn't be use for phsio treatment. It is totally unuseful, definitely a rubbish.
