It’s for sale
After much deliberation decided to use Knightsbridge to sell my business. So far everything has gone well and things seem to be progressing well. Special Thank you to Eva for her patience with me while writing the advert and information memorandum.

Knightsbridge Commercial
Despite an initially somewhat over optimistic valuation of the business, Knightsbridge managed to sell our company for more than I considered we could get.
From initial marketing, through filtering enquiries and taking interested parties to the offers stage, their admin staff were excellent. They sorted out the tyre kickers from the serious buyers and I found their advice throughout the process invaluable as I had no idea what to expect when selling a company.

Not to be trusted
Not to be trusted. We registered our interest for many opportunities - made us sign NDAs, send teasers, and after a long while make up strange excuses on why the opportunity no longer exists.

Ellie is very responsive and supportive in getting you the information you need to make a decision. Whereas most brokers feel butthurt and just stop engaging when their opportunity turns out to not be a good fit for you, instead Ellie tries to better understand your criteria and gets back to you with deals that could fit.

When I decided to use Knightsbridge to help me sell my company, I was contacted by Leanne Boulding and she told me that she would be dealing with selling my company. She has been professional and also very friendly at the same time in helping me try to sell my company. I decided not sell my company in the end. But I would suggest Leanne to anybody wishing to sell their company through Knightsbridge.

Repsonsive, professional and interested
Having made the decision to sell my business, I wanted to give myself the best chance of achieving a 'good' sale, so committed to a process of identifying and talking to a number of entities that could facilitate. I've found KBS to be the most professional and the most interested. I've been impressed with their extensive experience, with all of their people who are responsive and professional - and their process.

Working with Knightsbridge
We are a small specialist consultancy and appointed Knightsbridge to market our firm in the summer of 2024.
Commercially we adjudged their fee structure to be transparent and competitive.
All milestones were achieved and we felt fully supported throughout.
The duration of the process was entirely attributable to our market sector and in no part attriutable to Knightsbridge.
In the second half of the process, our account was acquired by Leanne Boulding who was so proactive, fully engaged and inordinately courteous and helpful that it made what at times was a challenging task far easier.
All in all, we were completely satisfied with Knightsbridge's expedition.
