New Help site
My score would have been 5 but the hassle i had to go through to login to the new help system brought the rating down.
However, Drew very kindly resolved my issue. It's just that there shouldn't have been an issue in the first place.
The other niggle I have is that we pay a lot for this system, would it be too much to ask for a decent manual.
I haven't seen one for at least 10 years.

Personally I don't find this a very good system. At my previous club they used IG , this seemed to function much better and have fewer glitches.

Continuous problems with this App
Continuous problems with this App. Scores don't appear; 'Attesters' don't receive any notifications to verify scores; Can't access my past scores; emails to them don't get answered, or if they do its several days later. So stopped using and will input future scorecards via the Scottish Golf App, which also has issues but not as bad as HowdidIdo.

Had a problem not receiving handicap update notifications, contacted via email had immediate response with ideas to try to resolve the issue . The problem has now been sorted and handicap notifications updates being received. Thanks all involved. Even contacted via email that everything was ok a few days later.

Query resolution
I made an enquiry regarding combining Sat / Sun competitions when 1 competition is run over 2 days as it was not working on the new HowDidiDo but was available on the old version. The team worked on this and is now working on the new version, communication was very good via mail regrading how the update was progressing & I’m very happy with the service received. 👏👏
