I am beyond frustrated with my experience—or rather, the unwanted bombardment—from Knightsbridge Business Sales. In the span of just 24 hours, I received no fewer than 16 unsolicited marketing emails to a single inbox.

This isn't just "proactive" marketing; it is blatant spam and digital harassment.

Beyond the sheer volume of emails, their approach is deeply off-putting. The communication is characterized by aggressive sales tactics and high-pressure maneuvers that feel desperate rather than professional. A company that respects its clients (or potential clients) doesn't need to clog their inbox every 90 minutes to get a point across.

If you value your time and your sanity, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Their "pressure cooker" environment and total lack of regard for communication boundaries are huge red flags. Avoid at all costs.
Key Issues:

Extreme Spam: 16 emails in a single day is inexcusable.

High-Pressure Environment: The sales tactics are uncomfortable and overbearing.

Unprofessional Conduct: Complete lack of respect for "unrequested" boundaries.

Knightsbridge offers a great and supportive service in helping small business owners manage to sell their business. The client advisor Donald Peden, was courteous, helpful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. His deep understanding of the sales process (and in our case having deep knowledge of Africa, where we sell) was very special. As well as explaining the pathway towards an exit, he also recommended new sales lines we might like to explore to help us maximise the company's potential. definitely walking the talk and going the extra mile.

They demonstrate strength in managing multiple businesses through their books, which is clearly a positive. However, the reason I reduced the score is due to a consistent lack of diligence in obtaining key information ahead of meetings. There appears to be a tendency to defer answering important questions and instead move directly to arranging calls with clients.

From a buyer’s perspective, this approach is inefficient and often frustrating. When conducting due diligence, I expect clear, structured responses to initial queries before any direct introductions are made. Repeatedly being offered calls in place of answers feels unnecessary and leads to avoidable time wastage.

In my view, there is a clear opportunity for improvement. They should take a more proactive role in ensuring that all relevant questions are addressed in advance. This would streamline the process, respect the time of potential buyers, and ultimately support faster and more effective company transactions.

Great all round and no nonsense to deal with!

Staff managing communications are helpful and work hard in crunching through daily requests from buyers.
