Have bought from them before and they had the pans I wanted in stock . This time, however it turned out the knife I ordered wasn't in stock . Chased up a few times and felt their efforts to let me know how long it would take were luke warm . Requested a refund and will take my business elsewhere . Tip to anyone thinking of buying from them ' get them to confirm they have it in stick and don't have to send off to wherever for it

Excuse after excuse for non delivery with promises that the order will go out next week.

After hearing this 5 times I decided to cancel the order even though I asked for part shipment, I was told that this was environmentally not possible.

You must think that I fell off a Christmas tree. Dreadful service and hiding behind pretty poor excuses.

Great knife, looks beautiful and I was thrilled to get a surprise free pair of scissors delivered quickly too.

I ordered a knife from this website over 6 weeks ago, and I still haven’t received anything.
After chasing them by email, I was told that delivery can take 6–8 weeks. The problem is: this information is NOT stated anywhere on their website. If I had known this from the start, I would have never placed the order.
There has been zero transparency, poor communication, and no clear delivery expectations. Customers should not have to chase basic information after payment has already been taken.
At this point, I feel misled and frustrated. Waiting this long without clear upfront information is unacceptable.

I mistakenly believed the initial message from DPD telling me my parcel will be delivered on monday after paying for next day delivery on the friday, I email kitchen knives a complaint, but, I was wrong! and this website actually delivered on their promise for next day delivery and it turned up 23hours after the order was placed! Absolutely fantastic work by everyone involved including DPD. I was a bit nervous about spending so much money online but they were amazing. DPD were also very informative of every step of the knives journey. Id definitely use this company again

Great knives but when DPD failed to deliver twice to the correct postcode, customer services were rude to my wife.

have never received my order. when will i receive it?
