Have bought a few knives from Kitchen Knives as gifts and I have been very impressed with the quality, prices and deliveries. And when a fault appeared in the Wusthof knife it was very quickly rectified and sorted. This website not only has the best prices but also the best range of the top brands in kitchen knife world. And they're great for advice too. There really is no need to go anywhere else!

I had a Zwilling kitchen knife that I bought from them which developed a fault. I rang them up to discuss the matter and they tried to tell me that their terms and conditions limited their warranty to two years and that in buying from them I had accepted that and had no legal basis. I tried to explain that I was relying on my rights under the consumer protection act and that their T&Cs cannot override those rights but he wouldn't listen. I did accept that the onus was on me to establish that the problem derived from a manufacturing fault as it was more than 6 months old, but the guy kept saying I had to go back to the manufacturer. He claimed at various times to be reading verbatim from a website provided by trading standards or the CAB, but I followed up by ringing the CAB who confirmed that my rights were exactly as I described.

In the end I did resolve the problem with Zwilling because I couldn't be certain to prove the problem was inherent in the knife. Nevertheless no company should be misleading its customers over their legal rights. I will certainly avoid buying from them in the future.

A great knife at a great price. Fast delivery and no problems!

Used this company a few times and never had any issues. This time ordered a knife for £100+ and missed the first delivery on Thursday. Normally they try the next day right? Nope. DPD have to wait for KitchenKnives to authorise a redelivery attempt. They sat on this and it’s now “too late” to go out on Friday as all the drivers are out already. Because of the bank holiday it’s now being delivered Tuesday as they “don’t offer a weekend delivery service” in spite of the fact that you can literally pay extra to get it delivered via DPD. Ridiculous.

Sent a blunt knife , it wasn’t cheap either its was £28 plus postage , was told to sharpen it myself at home . When I asked to return it for a new knife or refund got blanked .
I don’t have a knife sharpener and shouldn’t have to pay more to go and get one .

I had been looking everywhere for a particular bread knife and found it on kitchen knives and then found a great cutlery set too. Very good quality and prompt service. Definitely will buy again from here

I wanted for a while to give a review, I must say this is an excellent set of knives. Compared to what I had been useing previously I now feel I have the correct tools for the kitchen.

Good quality knives are a must, also other kitchen cooking implements.

Prompt and safe delivery.

Knives arrived within a few days. The Sabatier knives are excellent, very sharp. They came in a block which looks very modern. Very happy with them and the price paid.

Everything went without any problem. One item was not in stock, they informed me of that when I ordered. My order arrived three days later when the item came in stock, just like they said it would. Can't ask for better.

Top quality sabatier knives purchased at a fraction of the retail price for such a quality product complete with the 25 year guarantee arrived super sharp so no messing about sharpening them. Such a positive experience would use again to purchase further item this is my 1st purchase well pleased

Wish I can put 0 star no deliver on time and also saw now that it's a common issue with them should of pay few extra quid and get it on amazon. Not recommend this company
