We are sorry you have had problems with your item and getting this back to us. From the correspondence, I can see that our Customer Service team asked for a video to verify the fault you were having, and there was some reluctancy to do this. They have since sent a returns label for us to assess the product once it is received back.

Purchased Thomas Rosenthal plates and…

Purchased Thomas Rosenthal plates and bowls for my parents. They bought the set over 10 years ago and Borough Kitchen had them in stock! Able to replace all chipped and broken plates our set was missing. Items were beautifully packed and the shipping was extremely fast. Would use again!

Very efficient and reasonably priced

I rang Borough and checked they had the Miyabi knife I wanted in stock they did . Purchase and delivery processed rapidly .The price was good - this was a very expensive knife and I got nearly 25% off . Very easy to shop with . Recommended

Great shop

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful with technical questions I had regarding the coffee grinders and knife sharpeners I was looking at, and ended up buying. In terms of a shopping experience, I can't fault it 👌

Great cooking class and experience

I did the Indian curry cooking class. It was very relaxed and I learned so much about cooking Indian curry, rice and also why they are cooked in certain way. The chefs were all very friendly and helpful. I didn’t just learned something new but also had a great night cooking with other people who enjoys cooking. I will definitely book more classes and highly recommend them.
