Won’t allow high speed broadband
Obstructive and unhelpful we are trying to upgrade to high speed broadband initially told it wasn’t available we are now told that any holes drilled by openreach can’t be verified as being safe re potential fire awful service

Easy and friendly service
Helen the advisor I spoke to gave me the information and explained exactly what to do. She even offered to give me the phone number of the on-site maintenance man. It was very easy and Helen was really lovely.
