Kingston property services Ltd are dishonest. They break direct debit contracts where they should give 10 working days notice before taking extra money out after 2023 payments had been paid in full then change figures constantly in there favour !Even when 2024 service charges have been printed they try taking over the top !!!!

Previous experiences of dealing with KPS in the past have been a bit of a nightmare to be honest.

Helen guided us and explained everything very well. She made the effort of being patient while we queried multiple issues and she steered us in the right direction. Overall friendly service when/if you do give the company a call.

Would give them zero stars if possible. Absolutely impossible to get through on the phone. Damage to property 3 months ago still not resolved. Absolute disgrace of a company. Marie Davidson may as well not have an email address she never bothers to respond. Not a clue why we are paying for a management company that doesn’t actively manage anything. Waste of time and will be complaining.

This company seems more interested in collecting fees than addressing the legitimate concerns of its customers. Despite being a loyal client who has consistently paid fees for years, my attempt to report a faulty street light and request necessary maintenance has fallen on deaf ears. The street light has been broken for over a year without any resolution.

Moreover, numerous individuals have faced difficulties creating accounts to pay their bills, and reaching the company by phone seems nearly impossible. Even the emergency line proved unhelpful, as they refused to engage in any meaningful conversation and directed me to call during working hours, which is inconvenient for many people.

Additionally, my efforts to obtain a list of maintenance activities carried out in the estate where I reside went unanswered. This lack of transparency is concerning, especially given that I also own a flat managed by this company where similar issues persist without resolution.

In summary, it appears that the company prioritizes financial transactions over customer satisfaction and essential maintenance responsibilities, creating a frustrating and unresponsive service experience for its clients.

Update I have requested the above information again today and on multiple occasions, I was send a bill but not the information I requested .

I had an issue with the sale of my property. I spoke to Lisa on 3 occasions and found her very pleasant, professional, and competent. She took the time to explain what she was going to do,and on subsequent calls explained exactly what she had done. A very pleasant lady to deal with.
