The company does not arrange your returns
The company does not arrange your returns (but you can return items within 30 days). You have to set one up yourself directly with a shipping company. Returns ends up being very expensive due to this. Only order if you know exactly what you want/size.

Thank you for your comment. You're absolutely right — we currently don't offer a return service, and any returns must be arranged directly by the customer with their preferred shipping provider. As a small business with very tight margins, covering both outbound and return shipping simply isn’t financially viable for us at this stage.
We do offer a 30-day return window for peace of mind, but we always encourage customers to reach out before purchasing if they have any questions about sizing or product suitability — we’re happy to help and offer guidance to avoid any inconvenience.

I have ordered multiple kites
I have ordered multiple kites, bars, wetsuits etc. The orders have always been delivered in full and to expectations at a great price.
Postage has been a bit more expensive then from other online shops, but still very reasonable for postage to Australia.
One order did take longer, about a week to get posted, all other orders were shipped within two days.
Great place to shop and I will return again.
