Outstanding customer service from the team at KOW. Had a problem with a wing foil wing valve that I’m pretty sure they didn’t need to sort out because it was quite old, but they sorted it anyway. I’ve bought a few items from them and they have always been great! Definitely recommend KOW!

Wir möchten jedoch klarstellen, dass es sich hierbei nicht um „versteckte Kosten“ handelt. Seit dem Brexit können Bestellungen aus dem Vereinigten Königreich in die EU mit lokaler Einfuhrumsatzsteuer, Zollgebühren und Abfertigungskosten belegt werden, welche vom jeweiligen Zoll bzw. Versanddienstleister erhoben werden.
Wir versuchen diese Informationen so deutlich wie möglich auf unserer Website, in den Versandinformationen sowie in den Bestellbestätigungen zu kommunizieren. Preise für Lieferungen außerhalb des Vereinigten Königreichs werden ohne britische Mehrwertsteuer angezeigt, da diese bei Exportbestellungen nicht berechnet wird. Die lokalen Steuern und Gebühren werden stattdessen im Empfängerland erhoben.

Very customer focused. Very friendly and professional.
I purchased the mobile split board, kiteboarding harness and a kite from king of water sports.
My items arrived very quickly as soon as they were shipped. I was able to kitesurf as soon as I received them.
I will continue to buy my kiteboarding gear from them.
