I cannot recomed this company enough. Their customer service wad amazing.
I ordered a paddleboard late last year to tale on holiday this year. The board was at a great price and was delivered very quickly.
Unfortunately, whilst on holiday the board burst open on the 2 day renderering it unusable. This appeared to be a manufacturing defect and no fault of KOW.
I contacted them by email and they quickly contacted their supplier and a new replacement board.
They responded very quickly and were really helpful. The new board arrived less than a week after making contact. Amazing given that the supplier was based in Europe!

My order was quickly dealt with online, and was dispatched on the same day. ( Within a few hours).
Goods were well packaged and were with me the following day, excellent service, thankyou.

Normal and continued great service on one order, but they dropped the ball a little on chasing through delivery on another that got split into two parcels, with one half seemingly going missing for over a week, had to call multiple times to chase and was promised calls back which didn't materialise. To be fair they got a grip eventually and express delivered the missing items just in time for the weekend away to shred! Hence still 4 stars 👍

Especially one member of the team made a big impression on me and that was Debbie. I ordered the limited edition of the F-One BrainChild Bandit kites in mid April. I knew that the kites where not available yet. So I pre-ordered and no final delivery date was specified on the order confirmation. I reached out to support about this delivery topic and got general replies from various support resources, till the time Debbie got on this case. She stayed on this all the time and followed up frequently. There was always a bit of humour and nice tone in the mails from Debbie. So I trusted that the kites would come to me. And so they did one kite in the end of May and the second kite at the start of June. The kites where worth waiting for.

Good price, expecially when discount, and good comunication after I made the purchase. The choosen postal provider was not the fastest (UPS), and they didn't ask for sign off on delivey even if it was specified for expensive item.But all good from this company
