Would have been 5 stars however my original wetsuit spec wasn’t in stock through an error. Options and advice were unbiased and offered in a friendly informative way resulting in an excellent alternative spec delivered within a couple of days from order.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for any confusion caused.
We do try to make the VAT and import fee information as clear as possible. When you place an order from outside the UK, we immediately follow up with an email explaining that, for European customers, your local country's import fees and VAT will be applied when the order is ready for delivery. These fees are set by your country and are typically around 20% of your order value.
We also display this information clearly on our website at the point of checkout, and all products are marked as excluding VAT for shipments outside the UK. That said, we understand it's frustrating to receive this information from UPS rather than directly from us, and we’re always looking at ways to improve visibility further.
