I would recommend kennel club insurance to anyone they are always very helpful and clear in the advice they give. The claims are settled quickly with no fuss, and their cover is extensive.
Michael was very helpful when I called about my dog’s veterinary referral and to ask how it works with an existing claim. He answered all of my questions and was great at explaining everything!

My beautiful minature snautzer puppy came kennel club registered with 6 weeks free insurance , unfortunately during this time she became terminally ill and had to be put to sleep ,it was a very upsetting time and the kennel club insurance paid just over half the vets bill which helped enormously, I thought there would be a catch as it was free but they were very sympathetic and payment was prompt.

An asset to the company.
I got myself worried as I accidentally cancelled the monthly payments. I have been dealing with my elderly mom, who has dementia. I'm running around a lot and was cancelling stuff online. Thankfully the company sent me emails. I rang this morning and the lady was so understanding bless her. I spoke about my situation and she helped me to sort it all out.
