Karen Potter The Estate Agent Arvostelua

Karen and her team sold my late father's house for us. From the first conversation with Karen we were provided with advice on how we could sell the house, how to stage it and the with help in arranging all the viewings. Once sold, we received regular updates on progress.

Undoubtly, the support and advice we received was invaluable.

Thanks to Karen and the whole team.

We recently purchased a property through Karen Potter and we have to say that despite having the most awkward vendor ever, the team, (Paige in particular) were brilliant at staying in touch, keeping us updated and working really hard to resolve all the issues that arose. Paige helped me keep my sanity and the “anti-stress” roll on that they provide in their gift bags helped ease the “moving stress” away! Brilliant!

I used Karen Potter to sell my property. Karen met me at the property and gave me guidance based on her extensive sales experience and advised me on how best to approach the sale. Offers were quickly received and a deal done where all parties were very happy. Jess dealt with me during the process and handled this very professionally throughout communicating with me on a weekly basis which removed a lot of the stress. Throughout the whole process Karen Potter provided an excellent service keeping me well informed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Karen Potter to anyone. 5* Well deserved and well done to all the Karen Potter Team

I have nothing but high praise for Karen Potter and her staff. I am overseas and they conducted the sale of my property by email right through from listing to completion. All my communications with Karen or her staff were courteous and prompt and they went above and beyond anything I expected. I am delighted!

As I sit in my beautiful garden of our new home, I have to say that if it was not for the absolutely excellent work by Jess at Karen Potter we would not be here. The service provided was amazing. We ran into unforeseen challenges that could easily have prevented the purchase happening. Jess kept a cool head, went beyond what we would ever have expected any agent to do. I have bought and sold homes numerous times over 30 years and never dealt with an agent that comes close. When I say that we would not be in our new home without her assistance, it is no exaggeration.

I can recommend Karen Potter as an agent anyone should use with no hesitation. Thanks again Jess.

Very professional service with extremely helpful and friendly staff. They helped sell my late brothers bungalow in extremely difficult circumstances. Could not have asked for more.

Karen and her team delivered an outstanding service from the start. They priced my property realistically to sell and I got a good offer within days, when other properties in my block have been sitting on the market with other agents for months and months.
Paige was fantastic at keeping me updated regularly and throughout the process, which was a huge reassurance during what can be an anxious time leading up to exchange and completion. The team knows the Southport area and all of the local solicitors very well, they even got an update out of my solicitors when I could not get hold of them!
The whole team was professional, diligent, and courteous throughout. Would recommend Karen Potters to anyone needing an agent in Southport.

We recently sold our property using Karen Potter, the service was amazing from start to finish! Each member of staff we spoke to was professional at every single interaction. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use ourselves again in the future.

My wife and I recently sold our apartment in Southport and chose Karen Potter and her team as our agents. We both found all the team to be professional, efficient, calm, knowledgeable, approachable, friendly and supportive and they all helped make what turned out to be a longer-than-expected selling process (that had more than a few hiccups) as stress-free as possible.

They responded to any queries promptly and kept us informed of progress, set-backs and developments at all times. We had a few time-wasters and failed sales but Karen and her team worked extremely hard to maintain the momentum, and our enthusiasm. Never once did we wonder what the position was as Jacqui, Jess, Sue, Anna and others gave us frequent updates and sound advice. We certainly got the impression that they were fighting our corner.

We cannot thank Karen and her team enough for their hard work in progressing our sale and would recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their home.

I highly recommend Karen Potter and her staff. From our initial meeting when Karen came to value our property giving an honest opinion and pricing it spot on, which meant we got over the asking price and the house selling within 2 weeks. The support from Karen and her staff throughout the whole process took alot of the stress away. Thank you all.

These lot really know what they’re doing! My experience with them has been absolutely fantastic - very professional but very casual and friendly, no stress whatsoever. Karen is an absolute gem and it was a pleasure to deal with them. Thanks guys!

From initial queries prior to selling my property to taking excellent photographs and marketing the property, Karen Potter were prompt, polite, professional, knowledgable and friendly - not only that they got me a buyer in a matter of days and continue to follow through with post sale communication. A friendly family firm who work as a team, I strongly recommend Karen Potter to any prospective seller or purchaser. I am impressed!

We have used Karen Potter to sell many houses on our new build sites. All the staff give great service. Highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable local estate agents. When they came to value our property they already had a list of potential buyers, three weeks later we accepted an offer.
Great value for money!

I truly cannot fault the professionalism, kindness and genuine personal touch from Karen herself and every single member of staff I had the pleasure to deal with, what is one of the most stressful events in one’s life. The girls know this’ll be my last move but should circumstances dictate otherwise, there’s no one else I could ever approach. Love to all xx

We instructed Karen Potter and team in the sale of 2 properties. We found the total experiance first class from the pre sale consultation to the marketing and viewing follow up conversations. They successfuly sold the properties and one within 48hrs
We would recommend to anyone wanting a positive service from our experiance.

When we moved to Southport from London about two years ago, we had no idea how tricky it would be to find a new home. At that time, the housing market was going wild, with places receiving multiple offers hours after going on the market. It was frustrating and disappointing. But Karen Potter made a difficult situation so much easier. Nothing for her or her fantastic staff was too much trouble. And then, when we least expected it, she found our dream home for us! We were able to negotiate a great price, and although there were some nerve-wracking moments due to an ancient leasehold, she reassured us and gave us the confidence to persevere. We trusted her, and thankfully we did.

She’s the only estate agent we’d use if we ever decided to sell and look for a new place. But realistically, that won’t happen. We’re staying put.

A++

Exceptional service throughout the whole process. The staff were incredible, efficient and attentive plus super friendly! Would highly recommend Karen Potter Estate Agents to anyone - best in the business!

We have used Karen Potters for each of our property sales and would not use anyone else. All staff are very professional, courteous and efficient, no matter how busy they are. The purchasers of our property who used another estate agents for their own sale commented “I wish we’d used Karen Potters … from our dealings they are head and shoulders above ours” … I think this says it all!

Having had dealings with Karen and her staff for a considerable amount of time I'd like to re-assure anyone reading these reviews that Karen is a highly professional person who go's out her way to engage with customers and business associates alike with the highest degree of transparency , honesty and integrity .
Karen is a kind & consummate professional who genuinely cares about her customers needs and expectations . And this emanates through her staff whenever I have dealings with them .

Just to clarify .. I am a local business person , completely unconnected to KPEA . My regular dealings with her are never less than a joy and a pleasure .

Finally , (for those that may be unaware) .
Karen was awarded . very recently. in the Houses Of Parliament for her business achievements and services to the town
Karen and her staff really are a credit to Southport
& I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services .
