Karen Potter The Estate Agent Arvostelua

This proved to be a long protracted sale and the only person who kept me sane during the process was Jemma Davies.
Jemma was a joy to work with and is a credit to the Karen Potter team!
She is likeable and has a great phone presence whilst being completely professional and on the ball at all times.
Gold star to Jemma!

We bought our first home with Karen Potter & had a fantastic experience. Mainly due to our lovely estate agent Jemma. She truly made every step of our process, with her friendly approach and kind manner, she kept us constantly in the loop and updated, and gave us comfort that someone was in our corner looking after us and getting the property of our dreams!

Excellent service on a recent sale - diligent, professional, friendly, communicative - which it also was when I sold two properties previously with Karen Potter. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Jemma and the team at Karen Potter have been incredible in supporting us buying our first home. Jemma especially was so helpful, she went completely above and beyond and made it such a nice experience I couldn’t recommend KP more!

From start to finish the service was extremely professional from our first meeting with Matthew, and contact throughout the process of selling our house.
Special thanks to Jemma our point of contact who helped who was always professional and friendly and helped our sale go smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I recently worked with Karen Potter Estate Agents to sell my late father’s property, and I could not have asked for a better service. This was one of the most difficult periods of my life, and I began the process without any understanding of what needed to be done. From the outset, both Paige and Matthew provided exceptional support and guidance throughout the process.

Paige handled every stage of the sale with care, clarity and sensitivity, ensuring I understood each step and felt fully supported throughout. Her communication was consistent and proactive, and she demonstrated genuine compassion during a time when I was overwhelmed and grieving. Nothing was too much trouble, and her expertise made a complex and emotional process significantly easier.

Thanks to their hard work and commitment, the property was sold smoothly and efficiently. I am deeply grateful for the outstanding service I received and would recommend Karen Potter without hesitation to anyone seeking a trustworthy, knowledgeable and empathetic estate agent.

We are executors to a Will and were involved in the sale of a house in Southport. At Karen Potter Estate Agent we were supported by Jemma Davies throughout with occasional contacts with other staff members. Jemma was a delight to deal with, both in person and on the telephone, and kept us fully informed throughout the process. From our experience we would recommend Jemma and Karen Potter to anyone. Margaret and Alan Woods.

Katie at Karen Potter was a blessing in disguise. After a very stressful first time purchase and sale for the seller we couldn’t have done it without Katie.

She made a stressful situation calm and comforting and I never lost faith in her not being able to get something done. She went above and beyond to make it happen and I truly do believe if we didn’t have Katie on this process it would have taken a lot longer.

Katie along with Jemma are an absolute asset to the company and I am truly grateful for all their hard work, kindness and reassurance throughout start to finish.

Great effort from all the team until an unforeseen blockage in the pipeline which, like the personification of a mighty sink plunger, Karen herself sorted the problem out. Joking aside thanks again for going the extra mile Karen, and for the excellent service throughout. Much appreciated.

Jemma has been very professional in her approach to advertising and finding potential buyers for my property.
She has a sunny disposition and is always polite and respectful in all communications with myself. Nothing has been too much trouble for her and any queries have been answered quickly and efficiently.
The process of selling my property has taken a long time, nine months in total from when the current purchaser put in the offer and it was accepted.
A technical issue held up the sale until a legal solution was found.
During this time Jemma showed patience and perseverance which was a difficult and stressful time for myself.
I was very happy when completion day arrived and the buyers were able to collect the keys.
Thank you Jemma for all your hard work.
Regards, Marilyn Ingleby.

Karen and her team are wonderful. Extremely friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.A real pleasure to do business with on two occasions now. We wouldn’t use anybody else.

Excellent service from everyone, especially Katie on selling my apartment. She kept me well informed and was always available to answer my questions.

A great business to deal with. Good sensible advice and all the staff so pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Overall a great experience from start to finish.

Exceptional end to end service. Valuation, listing, communication, Feedback ( following accompanied viewings) . Every single step was truly first class. Communication was always prompt and with detailed valuable feedback and updates. I couldn't ask for any more. The sale progressed effortlessly and ahead of schedule. They worked hard to make it look so easy. As Tina so aptly phrased this experience. Simply the Best .. better than all the rest. (Whom I have used on occasion over the years).

I honestly can’t thank Jemma enough for all her help with selling my house. From start to finish, she was an absolute angel, calm, kind, professional, and always on top of everything.
When the first sale fell through, she found a new buyer within a week (for more than the original offer!) and handled everything that came up after that, including some tricky survey issues and working with my solicitor while I was out of the country.
She kept me updated every step of the way and made what could’ve been a really stressful process feel totally manageable. I’ve no idea how she does it, but she was always cheerful, reassuring, and clearly knows her stuff.
Massive thanks to Jemma and the team at Karen Potter We would 100% recommend them!

Amazing service from the start to the end. Jemma kept us updated with regular updates and chased up the progress of the sale with solicitors and the seller. Very good communication, would recommend.

Jemma was absolutely fantastic with helping us purchase our home. She was always available to answer questions, and proactive with communication on behalf of the sellers. Always very positive and made us feel at ease throughout.
