Martin & Co Lincoln Arvostelua

Excellent service from the team at North Hykeham. We were particularly impressed with their communication between ourselves and the tenants, always responding quickly to any queries.

Excellant communication and great team. Any issues were resolved throughout my tenancy. Thank you

I had a very positive experience.

All staff were polite, courteous and friendly and kept me informed through the purchasing process.

Rebecca Hayes has been amazing throughout! Giving loads of great advice and accommodating multiple viewings, so we could be absolutely sure we made the right choice. Thanks for making the whole process a lot easier for us

From the very start the team were very positive and communications were excellent. They were honest with valuations, never artificially inflating expectations and provided good advice to improve sales potential. A faultless experience. Would recommend to friends

Communication is key to any type of business and this Company certainly is very professional in this respect.
Would definitely 'engage' again.

Martin & Co handled the marketing of my mother's property recently, and we are very happy with the service that we received. We found Luke and his team to be very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, keeping us up to date and informed throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend them.

I had a very non-standard sale which required a number of actions on my behalf by Martin & Co. They organised everything quickly and efficiently, keep me informed as to what was going on and went above and beyond to keep the entire experience as stress free as possible. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Martin and Co are a very helpful friendly and professional team. I would highly recommend them.

Very helpful staff they made the the purchase of our home a lot easier always trying to sort out the usual problems that inevitably happen during the conveyancing.

Recommended to all.

Great service from start to finish. Loved the photo shoot and 3d tour, Luke was very helpful/ knowledgeable. The team all worked together to make sure we were informed throughout the selling process nothing was too much. Great team & reasonable price for the service we had not many agents do a 3d walk through tour big selling point. Thank you all very much. Sarah & Shaun

AMAZING!!! The whole team just made it a walk in the park! As soon as it was on the market had a load of viewings, Our house had two offers put in on the first week! Luke and Jamie were outstanding managed to get us a full asking price offer within the first week of it being on the market! Everyone in the team was AMAZING! Danielle and Rebecca dealt with the admin and made the sale a breeze from start to finsh would 100 percent recommend!!!

I’ve been using Martin & Co for the past 7 years for rental purposes and, more recently, for the sale of our property. I have found that the team have always gone the extra mile even when they really didn’t need to. Luke definitely played an instrumental part of a very difficult sales process. Thank you to all at Martin & Co, Lincoln.

Great experience kept us informed all through the process of buying a property through them . Definitely recommend

Excellent communication from the team throughout our time working with them. Very professional, helpful advice and always 'on the ball'.

Tenants beware. Martin and Co will blatantly try to steal your deposit using outright lies. They show zero respect to tenants and the staff are rude and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. By far the worst estate agents in Lincoln

The communication was good. Handling of the clients visits was well managed, kept informed and the agency showed the clients round.
Only downside was the original valuation was too much for the current market,

Best letting agent I have ever dealt with
Efficient at all points if the tenancy and my deposit returned the day after chrckout

Found everyone very friendly and helpful.
From initial contact through to selling my property.
Would definitely recommend.

Estate agents seem to do very little for a lot of money !!!!
