They must be a scam. We signed on to them as property managers for our airbnb, then proceeded to not hear from them ever again. We promtly closed down the account with them and moved to a real property management company who are fantastic. We have then had very odd emails addressed to us with wrong names etc saying theyre trying to access the property. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY - PURE SCAM AND 0 SERVICE

Well after reading other reviews on here I’m not at all surprised by what I am about to write.
We had flood damage to a property (detached house) and our insurance company used Complete Property to carry out the repair works. I say carry out in the loosest possible terms.
The communication was poor from the beginning with us having to continually chase the company by both email and phone. The workmanship was extremely poor, including woodwork, plastering, painting, kitchen fitting and electrical work.
Over a year later, we are still left with electrical items in the kitchen not working and they are refusing to complete any remedy work blaming the age of the appliances (it is a new build property, 5 years old).
Please don’t end up in the same situation as us and do thorough research into your insurance company and which repair company they use for the work.
I have cried more tears than I thought possible and we now having to go down the formal complaint and legal route to see if we can eventually get a working home back again.

If it's the same company that keeps changing it's name went thru Hastings insurance as flood in kitchen anyway flood was 8 months ago paid excess 7 months ago they ripped out kitchen cut thru electric and left that was 6 months ago no kitchen no floor no nothing blind fiancée and a safeguarding has been raised against complete property revival if it's the same one they are shockingly bad

Used this company for cladding replacement/repair. Year later some came off after storm, I had to go through insurance but wish insurance company used someone else to do the job !! I was told (incorrectly) that someone came to see the damage (which is lies as i was in the house all day) and I should make a new claim through insurance !!! it should still be under warranty and I said im not making a new claim. This company should change their name to "Bodge it and Scarper"!

Terrible ,now check this out I lived in Buckland brake for 6 months on a house share ,the house was nice ,but scratch the surface,,heating packing up every two days that obviously means no water they don’t care one bit ,were send someone out ,it happened regularly,,now cameras inside the kitchen filming your every move and conversations with other people that’s not right ,big brother,then the best is this you leave you will not get your full deposit back no way ,you could leave your room in better condition and they will still con you ,there a disgrace,my name is Rodney woods I put this up as to be transparent and honest ,,they come up with excuses about your room ,my advice on complete is this stay clear ,all the smiles when you first meet them fade into nothing,they couldn’t run a piggery ,the next thing is they encourage grassing on each other ,you and your housemates ,they love it ,he said this and that ,they want this because they think this promotes normal activity,it demoralise people,scared to have a conversation,,I’ve moved to Torquay into a house that you never see the landlord it’s lovely here,the heating and water great ,no cameras and guaranteed deposit back ,,I would give no ratings on complete there a shower of sh t

We had a minor problem with the Garage Door Lock.We spoke to Completeproperty who contacted Windows of Distinction Ltd in Teignmouth.They attended at the property and sorted the Lock and also checked a couple of other doors.Well done to all. A good job done in a speedy manner.

Just to second a previous review.

Don’t rent from CPG. The flat was dreadful and hurt our health in numerous ways, but I would like to focus on the customer service we received.

For starters, we had to call CPG every other day whilst renting from them to state that either an issue still hadn’t been fixed (such as the leaks or faulty electrics, which was ridiculously dangerous now that I think about it). Whenever we were on the phone, we were often sighed at down the line and told that an issue wasn’t that bad. On one occasion, my boyfriend was shocked horribly by the dishwasher. When we called the office, the agent (Nick) said, ‘It couldn’t have been that bad’. They then sent someone over the next day to cut the wires so we could never use it again. Instead of then replacing the dishwasher, we were just left without one.

We were rented the flat very quickly too – and now I realise that is a red flag.Granted, we should’ve been suspicious, but we’d never been conned like this before. As soon as we moved in, it was revealed that a homeless man was regularly breaking into the building and using drugs. We called CPG and they said they knew about this and advised us to call the police. We asked why they didn’t tell us before we moved in and they said, simply, ‘We didn’t have to’. This wasn’t fair at all. Multiple break-ins ensued and, on one occasion, we caught someone climbing through our window. This would’ve been preventable if the manager like he’d promised, had sent someone to put a lock on our window. Our front door also was missing a lock.

They were rude every time we phoned up and, frankly, bullies. At one stage we were begging for help, due to our health (breathing in mould, electric shocks, and break-ins) but we were ignored or told to let it go. This wasn’t fair at all and, once we did finally move out, we had to move into a BnB for six months whilst finding somewhere else to live, which cost a horrific amount of money – money that we shouldn’t have had to pay.

The entire time we lived in their flat was Hell. I’ve got multiple pictures to prove this.

I've left reviews elsewhere about the flat we rented, but here's a swift list of the issues my partner and I went through:
Mould
We had a few attempted break-ins due to the lack of security in our flat.
Rat in the building and flat
Deemed 'uninhabitable' by the building manager during a visit.
Faulty electrics
No hot water
Rude staff
Lack of sympathy when we were pretty much pleading for help

Horrible service and an overall bad experience.

Appalling communication from Beth in your Newton Abbot office.

Beth was not interested from the first interaction I had with her (and I only had two!)
I initially thought this was as she had been given our details by the owners when we viewed the property prior to the agents being involved and had potentially lost the opportunity to get her own tenant (and commission).
The lack of communication over the course of a week proved that there was no interest in us as tenants now or even in future.

Despite calling almost daily for a week in order to get an update on whether the owners of the property wished to proceed, I received nothing but radio silence.

I left messages every day for 5 days asking for a return call only to get nothing back. This was even when she was ‘on lunch’ or ‘on the other line’.

We were not given timelines from the off and were kept in the dark over whether the owners would continue due to my need of a guarantor as I am in a probationary period in a new job (having been made redundant from my role of 9 years) and having an IVA (in order to get rid of debt run up in my name while I was in an abusive relationship a few years ago).
I was very open about the IVA in particular and offered additional evidence to prove that my bills are paid on time and always have been.
It was not my debt, but run up in my name and I had been paying this off for almost 6 years.
This is still quite a difficult conversation to have in situations like this when you are met with a cold and clinical response like the one I got.
Feeling as though you have to justify the situation is extremely uncomfortable, especially when my partner and I are professionals and working full time jobs as key workers.

I also had to have this conversation again with another agent as Beth was not able to take my call when I confirmed I had a guarantor.
This woman had much more understanding and empathy, so please pass my thanks on to her for that.

I finally gave up bothering to make contact with Beth as there was no effort to get back to us and as I was told by the other agents that viewings were continuing into the weekend, so I assumed we weren’t being considered.

I got a call on Monday from Beth to tell me what I had already assumed.

I’m not sure if this is down to inexperience or it is how your agents usually conduct themselves, but from a service perspective this type of behaviour doesn’t bode well for you as a business.

Regardless of whether or not we would have been tenants due to our circumstances, keeping us updated on good or bad news at the start would have helped me have more respect for your employee.
I’m not an unreasonable person and I would have understood.
Unfortunately she has failed miserably on this occasion.

As a result of this experience I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone potentially looking to let, buy or sell a property.

Terrible and so unprofessional. I called yesterday to view a property listed yesteday on rightmove in Exeter (Cranbrook). On the phone the person I spoke said that they were not booking any viewings until next week. I then asked specifically why so long, and the person said that they were not able to book any viewings yet and not to worry because all the viewings would have been the same two days next week. Well guess what! I went today to open the rightmove link to have another look at the house, and it says SOLD! I called them just before closing time today to tell them what liars they are and that they didn’t even have the face to call me to cancel the viewing. Don’t even bother to deal with them!

Complete have managed the purchase of my new flat in teignmouth. They were excellent in every way and I cannot fault them at all. My purchase took a little longer than I hoped, owing to no fault of complete. Their communication was second to none and they did everything possible to expediate the process. Thanks to the whole team .
