We also offer several brands of shisha tobacco in both blonde and dark varieties. We also offer the service of ordering in products from 1 piece to pallets. We stock everything shisha related from pipes to bowl, charcoal and foil. Literally everything and anything you may need to buy your first shisha pipe or add a rare piece to your collection, or just replenish supplies. We are the distributors for several brands such as Alpaca, Shaman Charcoal, Hookah John, Union Hookah and Alpha Hookah to name a few. We offer same day deliver within London and next service within the UK with free shipping over £100 on retail orders. You are also welcome to collect your order from our warehouse based in North West London. We also offer worldwide shipping with all most of the EU being free shipping with orders over £100 also. We also send all EU orders Duty and Tax paid, so you don't need to worry about paying anything extra when it is delivered to you. Shipped out super quick and they added…

Shipped out super quick and they added a gift card for my troubles after they discovered that one of the bases I ordered was broken and they had no other one to replace it. Of course they also refunded me the cost of the broken base too. Overall great customer service!

I’m sorry you received a scratched product. Unfortunately those pack mats are quite easily scratched.

Recommend

At the beginning was a problem with the delivery company, but the guys solved it in the final and send me another order with another company. Also responded on my emails. Recommend, big assortment!

Great customer service

Had a slight hiccup with the courier co. No fault of kakashookah. They were very helpful and called to ensure that they were trying their best to get my parcel delivered.

I bought the petrol green matt…

I bought the petrol green matt steamulation pro x3 and I was expecting a black hose but instead I got like a neon green one. The quality is very good but the colour just doesn't go. But other than that the shisha itself is very good.
