Hi,
Thanks for leaving a review. Our handler has informed us that you complained regarding the Al Fakher Original Vanilla 250g. We can guarantee you this is authentic. Our handler said that the one you purchased from Spain is ‘thinner and more finely chopped’.
This can very from batch to batch. Originally Al Fakher is fine thick cut. We understand it may not be what you thought because it’s not finely chopped, however you can’t claim it’s not original because of the labels or because it’s thick.
You can even post a picture of the tobacco and even other customers will verify it to be authentic.
We don’t lie to customers. We have original and unoriginal as stated on the website. We do apologies it may not be what you expected but you can’t claim the product is not genuine with no evidence.
If there’s anything else we can help with please let us know. Ideally we tell customers to speak to us before making any purchases as we can point out things before any transaction is made. We’re convinced that once you try it you will know it’s original.

Good day!
I was a little suspicious about the prices on tobacco because the prices are pretty low comparing to other sites I found, but I took a risk and everything went well: I got both of my orders (10kg of coils and 1 kg of tobacco) in few days, so I will definetely order here and not anywhere else!
