Several months of using this service…
Several months of using this service and the quality has been gradually getting worse. Latest order had an expected delivery of 25-40mins but the actually delivery was 2hours and 15mins. No option to cancel after a specific time like you get on other delivery services. Food was never received and now refund is being refused so I have the hassel of going to the bank to dispute the payment. I have uninstalled the app and will no longer be using Just Eat anymore

Catastrophe
Just eat has been a complete catastrophe these past 2 months. Nothing getting delivered for many hours, no way of contacting customer support to cancel it. When you finally end up calling the restaurant their reply is simple: no drivers are picking it up. If there are no drivers then don’t let us order, it is not that difficult. Moreover now since 1 week I am getting errors when ordering saying that the payment cannot be accepted. This is regardless of how you order, with twint, Apple Pay, PayPal etc.

Scammers and con men. They charged me twice for an order and are refusing to give me a refund. They say that because I didn't have it delivered they won't do anything. It's disgusting they are allowed to get away with doing this. How many other people have they done this to. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour

Livraison et suivi
Commande à la Migros de ma ville.
Le livreur a déposé ma commande au mauvais endroit (où mystère ?), il a lu ma tentative de communiquer avec lui sans répondre, Service client Just Eat indigne de s'appeler ainsi. Pas de numéro de téléphone, un chat robot qui ne réagit pas en temps réel donc inutile.
Une réclamation déposée par le lien en ligne. Pas de réponse. Un email avec les mêmes explications (ancienne communication avec eux avec un résultat aussi nul), sans réponse bien entendu.
Ma commande a dû faire plaisir à quelqu'un des environs. Je suis très déçue par Just Eat qui a en plus un site Migros nul (difficile de trouver les articles recherchés).
Je regrette profondément Smood avec qui tout se passait toujours bien. Dommage que les mauvais restent.

Leider waren unsere Bestellten Döner nicht angeschrieben.
Zusätzlich wurde ein Gyros Aufgrund von Allergien ohne Gemüse bestellt. Geliefert wurde jedoch mit Gemüse.

Es tut uns leid, dass deine Grossbestellung nicht korrekt ausgeführt wurde, insbesondere weil die bestellten Döner nicht beschriftet waren und das Gyros trotz deiner Allergie mit Gemüse geliefert wurde.
Solche Fehler sollten nicht passieren, vor allem nicht bei speziellen Anforderungen wie Allergien. Wir verstehen, dass dies sehr ärgerlich ist.

Les temps d'attente annoncés sont totalement faux. Une livraison prévue 30 minutes après commande arrive finalement deux heures après. Inadmissible.

Des retards peuvent survenir en raison de divers facteurs, comme un volume élevé de commandes au restaurant, des problèmes imprévus lors de la préparation ou des difficultés à trouver un coursier disponible dans ta région. Bien que nous nous efforcions de fournir des délais de livraison précis, ces éléments peuvent parfois être hors de notre contrôle immédiat.
