Jumboparking Arvostelua

Excellent. Safe, secure, and great shuttle service. Will definitely use again. Many thanks

Jumbo Parking was excellent, the whole process was smooth. When we arrived we was greeted and told where to park. We were then taken to the Airport. Upon our return we called to be collected, they informed us where to go to be picked up and arrived shortly after. Highly recommend 5stars!

Perfect Would use again
Saved £25 ulez an £14 drop off terminal 4

Excellent service

Didn't have any problems at all using JUMBO parking. We called before we got there & was met at the gate. Parked up & loaded the luggage into a people carrier. Took about 20 mins to get dropped right outside terminal 2.
As soon as we got back & through immigration we called them. Whilst collecting our cases the driver(Arun) called to say he was there. 20 mins later we were on the road home to leic's.
We'll definitely use them again.

Extremely competitive price for parking for almost a month.very helpful with our extra luggage and very quick to take us and pick up from
Airport .will 100% be using next time

Brilliant and convenient

used this firm for 2 weeks of parking
excellent value for money.
pick up and drop off were seamless
definitely be using this firm again

They were helpful with great price just outside ulez zone so avoided charges and then we landed called me regarding pickup from Heathrow

The staff were very helpful and very nice to me. They stayed in touch with me at drop off and collection. I will certainly be using them again next time I fly.

Really cheap, and easy pick up and drop off

Jumbo parking do what it says on the tin !

Competitive pricing and reliable transport.

Follow their instructions and you won’t have a problem.

We have used them multiple times - amd always get value for money.

I had a great experience with Jamboo Parking. I left my car with them while traveling to KSA, and when I returned, everything was exactly as I had left it. The service was reliable, professional, and gave me peace of mind. I found the service was cheaper than any parking in Heathrow. I would definitely use Jamboo Parking again and recommend them to others.

This was our second time using Jumbo Parking. The whole process from start to finish was so easy.
The information received is clear and helpful.
Parking the car and the shuttle to our terminal was super efficient.
On return the bus was with us really quickly.
The price was really good too.
Overall, I cant fault the service and will 100% use them again.

Worst customer service and theives. Booked parking on 15 December 2025. Cancelled the parking shortly after paying, and never received a refund. Was given all sorts of excuses. The machine not working. Its half a year later and still nothing. If only you could give zero stars.

About half hour from Heathrow.had a half hour wait on getting picked up on return.Would use again.

The space is a little rough but otherwise great value for money, super helpful and friendly staff

Everything worked like clockwork, communication was clear and timely, drivers were friendly and courteous. The price was good. I would have given a five if the parking location was closer.
