This company was a pleasure to deal with, from start to finish. Friendly and helpful, plus the delivery fellows were very polite and respectful.

Wouldn't even give a 1 star. Absolutely appalled by this company. Purchased a three and a two combo seven weeks ago it was delivered and one of the motors was broken. We immediately informed the Store and was told that a technician would be out straight away to fix it. Seven weeks later still waiting technician was supposed to turn up didn't customer services have now told me that the technician is a third-party and it is down to me to contact them!. the customer services department couldn't care less they're not interested
What an absolutely disgraceful company would never recommend anybody buy from these people

Pathetic service, once you have Paid for your order , there’s no way you can amend cancel or request for refund. As after sales team never answers.
I placed order on 10july and till date I’m wondering what’s happening with my order and trying to contact team but no response so far. Money stuck no I wish I can cancel but for that too I have to contact them which is next to impossible so stuck in loop.

I stumbled across Joseph James Furniture on Facebook, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I called customer service and spoke with Matt, who was incredibly friendly and professional. He made the whole process easy from the start.

The delivery arrived exactly on time, just as I had requested. The delivery team were also very friendly, professional, and took great care.

The sofa looks even better in person than it did in the photos. It's beautifully made, very sturdy, and incredibly elegant. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent customer service.

Ordered from her on 3 day delivery after being let down badly by a very famous store brand, we had a home with no furniture! Joseph & James were fantastic from choice available to delivery and assembly. Rob especially helpful in assisting with our order and supplying specific measurements to ensure beds we ordered were correct height. Rang when he said he would and delivered 15 mins ahead of schedule. Delivery men were efficient and tidy and furniture quality is excellent. Very pleased!

I am still waiting for my items to be delivered from last Friday 17/07/26.No notification was sent to be about shipment. No notification from a delivery company has been sent to me. I have chased this and am still waiting today is Sunday 19/07/27. I will escalate this if I don’t hear from you today. Such poor service!!

Managed to save about 1/3 of the price buying from josephjames instead of buying from Furniture Village. We were lucky as they had the same one we were going to purchase, even the same colour.

Purchase process was smooth enough, got a call to decide what day to deliver and got a video confirming the chair including reclining seats working.

Delivery was good too - got a time slot that was kept to and they called 15 mins before arriving.

Update to my previous review. Whilst the initial experience was good have to say that after sales is poor. Found a fault with purchase and that it had been repaired previously, when I specifically checked it was a new item. Getting anything done via customer services is nigh on impossible. By phone and WhatsApp they make promise after promise but never actually deliver any service. I even wrote personally to both company directors, but have been totally ignored. Really really poor service and exceptionally bad experience. Be careful.

Absolutely fantastic service from ordering to deliver our lovely sofa bed. Josh at Stretford branch was very polite and helpful for selecting the right sofa bed for us. Delivered within couple of days! Would strongly recommend.

A lady I support at work has bought a lovely sofa from the St Helens branch which her mum picked for her. It was delivered today, delivery men were very professional and even moved the old sofas outside for us!!! Very happy customers, Thankyou 😀
