Came in with my mum to get a sofa and I can’t recommend Joseph James and specifically James in St Helens enough was brilliant with us all we made a great choice coming in and getting the sofa we all wanted totally recommend

Extremely friendly and professional service from James Hardman couldn’t recommend him enough, went above and beyond for us and was able to answer any questions we had with ease

We purchased a sofa today, which will be delivered on Friday. The sales assistant, Sarah, was very helpful and provided excellent information to help us choose the best sofa for our needs.
We have previously purchased furniture from James Joseph and are always impressed by the range of furniture in stock. The prices are very reasonable, and free delivery within a day or so is an added bonus.

Sara was really friendly and welcoming. Showed us around and helped us find what we need. 10/10

James from St helens store was the only reason we bought are new sofa , he was polite, respectfull,tuck time to listen to are questions ,explained everything ,will recommend this store ,we'll done James excellent service

Saw a thing on instagram so I went in today to see what its all about and had excellent service from the salesman Matt (Wedge) who was very helpful and hilarious to be around, would recommend and planning to go again soon

Told via email after 2 weeks it would be 4-6 weeks.
Told in week 6 it was being checked in warehouse.
Told in week 7 it won’t arrive in warehouse until week 8.

These people lie, without consequence, and management/senior ignore escalation calls, emails and social media. The service has been abysmal.

We recently purchased a beautiful leather corner sofa from the Stretford store after visiting several other sofa & furniture places which left us feeling quite frustrated. Glad we came across Joseph James and Joshua completely changed our experience.

He was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful without being pushy or following us around. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and suggested alternatives we hadn’t considered.

Although we didn’t buy on our first visit, we returned a few days later because of the excellent service and ended up purchasing the perfect sofa. Delivery was on time, exactly as agreed.
