I bought sofas from sofa superstore in January, I was made aware that only half of my purchase order was available at that time and the rest would be delivered at a later date , fine , but numerous phone calls to the store and many visits followed by promises of delivery, I am STILL waiting for the remainder of my order 5 months after I purchased my sofas I was promised again that today would be my delivery date which was followed by a phone call to say it wouldn't be arriving, this is a very amateur company who will fob you off to get you out of the store , my advice give a wide berth

Went to Sofa super store with my mum sister and two daughters today, we were greeted by Chris who was friendly and professional, thanks again for great customer service, my mums happy with her purchase. Thank you.

Amazing service from Gary F, talked us through everything & was so helpful with helping us pick what was right for us. We seriously couldn’t recommend SofaSuperstore enough & Gary F made the process seamless!

Great service in the Warrington store. Garry showed me around and helped me choose the sofa.

After looking in other sofa stores we were originally sold on the fact we could get made the measure sofas for our very awkward sized living room. We then met Gary and he helped us pick the comfiest sofa in a gorgeous fabric along with a made to measure pouffe. He also remained very polite during my indecisiveness.
I will be recommending this company to all my friends and family.
