Jade Home Assembly Arvostelua 

I am only giving 1 star because I have to. I bought a nursery furniture set and jade home Assembly are the delivering company. I was advised delivery would be 3-6 weeks.. Its now been 2 months with only one delivery date secured and the cancelled the day before despite me having to take the day off work to facilitate. No information provided, no reschedule date, nothing. Prior to this, they didn't contact me to arrange delivery as I was told they would. To get any contact from them takes a lot of chasing. They rang to offer one other date for delivery 2 days prior and wouldn't allow me the chance to talk to family to see if anyone could facilitate. They then stated that as i had declined (I hadn't) they did not need to offer another date which I understand is for 7 days. Although I had to chase after 7 days as I had no contact from them. I am now at a point where I would not trust a delivery date of given and am going through processes to cancel the order as my due date is looming and I need the nursery furniture imminently. So very sad as the set was beautiful.

Like previous comments this company does not deal with delivery and install requests and trying to get a confirmed date from them is impossible. Claim to have no Managers to speak to and that the planning team are dealing with it. Except they don’t. All very frustrating and John Lewis use this company. Not good at all.

Purchased nursery furniture from baby and child store and Jade Home with delivery company excellent service excellent communication throughout the process would definitely use again Mandy

Missed the first 2 delivery dates, on third date was missing a wardrobe. 14 weeks later, offered a delivery date we couldn't do, and then took 12 working days to offer a date 4 weeks later.
A bad joke, avoid at all costs.
They are used by Bensons for Beds, you have been warned.

Terrible service, bought bed via Furniture123, paid for installation which turned out to be via Jade. Waited for their call to schedule delivery and assembly, no call. Chased and chased. Eventually got a call on 9th Aug suggesting 13th Aug as delivery date, I said that wouldn't work, asked for new date, told they had to go back to the planning team to get a new date.
No call for over a week. Called them 19th August, told that they had suggested the 13th and because I'd said it didn't work for me their process said they'd call me within 7 working days of 13th with a new suggested date which could be up to 2 weeks away. If that date wasn't suitable that would call back 7 days after that suggested date. They seemed to think this was e timely reasonable and refused to actually agree a delivery date with me, saying they needed to go back to the planning team. Ending up cancelling the order and getting the bed delivered direct with no assembly. Would never buy from a company again if I knew Jade was the assy partner.

AVOID, AVOID AVOID. Three attempt delivery of furniture in June, July and, August. June - came was there from 9 until half 7 at night just setting up a bed, no other furniture as it took them all this time to realise missing parts. Attempted to come out again in July, didn't turn up, arranged another delivery night before we was going away, waiting in all day to be told at 7:30pm they would come but would be four hours. Finally come again today to say everything needs to be ripped out to start again and this cant be done today as have other jobs to attend to!!! In the meantime of all that, they informed the finance company everything was delivered and was time for payment!!! Absolutely shocking.

Avoid this company. I ordered an in-stock wardrobe from furniture 123 and thought it would be nice and easy to use their assembly service. Unfortunately over a week has passed and despite Jade Furniture receiving my item they have not called me to arrange delivery or assembly. I have called many times and no one can advise on a date. They said it could take up to 14 days for them to even call me to book this in. Would never have used their service if I had known the communication was this bad. Avoid this company and build yourself!

Professional, responsive, flexible, polite. Quick delivery. On time. Lovely person who undertook the work. Can’t fault anything. Thank you
