I ordered 2 neck pillows for my holidays
The took the money, and nothing has arrived.
I have emailed numerous times and never had a reply, I have had to contact my bank for a refund of my monies I paid.
Don't use this company, they dont seem to want to contact their customers

The products arrived quickly and the quality was excellent

I ordered this pillow on 13/7/26. I have still not received it. The shop app I was told to track it hadn’t got my order on it. Not happy

Quick delivery. Neck pillows look great quality. Can't wait to use them on our flight later this week 🙌

Ordered expecting delivery in time for our holiday but that didn't happen.

I have sent e-mails and filled in the contact form to sort out returning thd items but have had no response.

Absolutely appalling experience. My order was placed in June, but when it became clear they couldn't deliver within the agreed timescales, I asked to cancel the order. I was told this wasn't possible, so I had no option but to return the parcel.

The parcel was returned and I have tracking confirming it was received, yet I am still waiting for my refund. They now have both my parcel and my money, and have stopped responding to my emails altogether.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase a company for money they are rightfully owed, and this kind of behaviour should not be allowed. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.

I didnt set my expectations very highb but after the first night to wake up without a knot in my neck was a surprise. I'm a very restless sleeper which means I turn and shift during the nigh between different positions and this pillow Has them all covered. Bonus: its great as an add-on at the top of your favourite daddy's chacie or futton for additional neck/head support.

Came promptly

I saw an advert on FaceBook for this pillow so Googled the company and bought one. Yes, they are not cheap but what price a decent sleep and waking up without neck pain!!! Arrived in good time, well packaged and it's great! I love it.

The items I ordered were different to the ones advertised on your website, the items I received if you ask me they are counterfeit cheap poor copies, like from temu or shein. I try and use British business but I certainly won't be using this company again.

Order still not received and no response to my email yet!

Way to soft and thin. Bought to upgrade a similar one from another company and is worse (while more expensive). It doesn't quite look like the advertised one either. AND took forever to arrive. Not happy.

Pillow is definitely not the one shown in the video. It's so soft and squishy it doesn't support the head or neck. In the advert it is firm and supportive

I haven't received the item yet despite it saying it has been dispatched to Royal Mail.

The pillow arrived after just over 2 weeks. I tried it for a couple of nights but decided it was unsuitable for me. I then tried to contact the company to return it, as per their assurance on their website of a 30 day trial period. Despite several emails, all unanswered, and many phone calls to their only phone number, a mobile number that could not be connected, I have yet to hear from the company. I have now asked my bank to investigate for a fraudulent claim. Do not use this company!
