Good experience they were very helpful and installed my cupboard quickly and they had very good service. However one thing they could have done was take the boxes back with them
If I could give 10 stars or even 20 stars I would. A remarkable experience and service. I rang rexwood first before placing my order for 2 wardrobes to explain my predicament after being let down badly by another online furniture store, I wanted some assurances that the wardrobes would be supplied and fitted with in a reasonable time scale. Nawees assured me 3 to a maximum 7 days which was acceptable. I placed the order online at 1pm Monday by 7.20pm Monday I received a call saying that the delivery and fitting would take place the following afternoon. And true to his word I received a call from the driver to say they were enroute. They arrived at 6pm and by 8pm I had two beautiful wardrobes supplied and fitted in my home , all within 30 odd hours of placing my order. Truly exceptional service taking into account rexwood are based Lancashire and I'm in Newcastle Upon Tyne. A genuine company that cares and listens to their customers. Highly recommend don't hesitate.
I purchased a Rexwood table through Amazon and was initially very pleased — the table itself is attractive, good value for money, and well made before the company's faulty assembly (by the fitter they provided and I paid extra for) became apparent.
Unfortunately, everything after that point was deeply disappointing.
When I tried to return the item, the seller engaged in repeated stalling tactics and unhelpful game playing that caused unnecessary stress and dragged the process out far longer than it should have. Only after involving Amazon’s A to z Guarantee did the situation finally get resolved.
The product is decent, but the seller’s behaviour was not. Based on my experience, I do not recommend buying from this seller.
