Jade Home Assembly Arvostelua 

I purchased a bed from John Lewis. Jade Assembly failed to contact me to arrange delivery and assembly. I had to chase to actually get the bed delivered and almost a month later it was delivered and assembled. Only issue now is that both the bed and MY WALL are damaged. I thought to give the assembler some space but I should have been watching them like a hawk. Jade Assembly has stated they didn’t damage the wall and Stompa the supplier have said there is nothing they can do. Do not let these people into your homes!

Fabulous company. I was kept upto date with arrival times. The furniture was built to an excellent standard. The guy was friendly & polite and professional. The rubbish was collected and the place was left immaculate. I would highly recommend this service as my experience was faultless from start to finish

The driver came on time and was friendly respectful and professional throughout his time fitting the beds. A great service.

Alexo arrived on time and went above and beyond to assemble our daughters high sleeper bed, he was polite, professional and friendly and left the room spotless. If anyone has ever had to assemble a piece of furniture like this knows how tricky and time consuming it can be so we were surprised that he was asked to do this on his own. Would use the service again.

Matthew was on his own delivering and building my grandsons bunkbeds. He was friendly, efficient and professional. Great job, thank you 😊 The boys are very happy

Good communication to book in the delivery slot. On the day communication was clear and on time.

The delivery team were polite, helpful and efficient. They went above and beyond to ensure the new bed built and placed as we wanted it.

Not sure how flexible they are around delivery as fortunately I can be flexible so no issues. Both lads (Brandon and didn’t catch the other lads name, apologies) were fantastic. Clean, tidy, efficient, careful and considerate, brilliant delivery and assembly. Thank you

The service received was excellent! The guys who delivered and put together the furniture were very polite, respectful and tidy. They did a great job of putting the bed together and they removed all the rubbish. I would highly recommend them.

Twice they have cancelled their delivery at short notice and have not given me a new delivery date. Emailed and texted with no response.

Don't turn up even though you phone to book a week before and two days before. Don't use

Useless service people having no idea what they're doing and minimal communication within their office.
Tried to rearrange delivery once. Said they would contact me soon but no reply over a week and I had to chase twice. Answer was they were mostly not in the area and didn't the hell know when next. Apparently the organising people don't even bother to inform those who answer calls promptly.
Now I am not particularly sure whether they mean to service me or I am expected to them. Always have an excuse and costumers are supposed to offer understanding to these people who must be so difficult in their work due to incompetency.

Awful company, don’t use any company that uses these as their delivery company, they had my package for well over a week kept phoning and was fobbed off with its with the planning team. Was finally given a date which I could not do and they basically said I have to wait 3 weeks for another date. For a company that has a planning team they couldn’t say whether it was am or pm. Cancelled my order because of this company and will not order anything else from silvercross until they get rid of this company!! John Lewis also uses this please avoid at all cost!
