ILSE JACOBSEN HORNBÆK Arvostelua 

Ich habe in Holland einen Regenmantel für 189 Euro gekauft. Nach zweimaligem Tragen hat der Stoff am Ärmel stark zu peelen begonnen. Genau auf dieser Höhe reiben beim Laufen die sehr schwarfkantigen Reißverschluss Bändel und verursachen das Peeling.
Ilse Jacobsen hat mich an den Händler vewiesen, der Händler wiederrum hat meine Reklamation an Ilse Jacobsen weitergeleitet und als Antwort kam, dass das Peeling nurch externe Materialen oder durch eine Extremeinwirkung verursacht wurde. Ilse Jacobsen hat mir 30 % auf den Kauf eines neuen Produkts angeboten. Die mangelhafte Ware wird nicht ersetzt.
Ist der Hersteller da nicht eigentlich verpflichtet?
Unmöglich in meinen Augen.

Ik had 2 paar schoenen besteld en eentje teruggestuurd. Een paar dagen later krijg ik exact hetzelfde pakketje terug naar mijn adres gestuurd. Er bleek een storing. 2 weken later kreeg ik een nieuwe retoureticker. Ik had de schoenen die ik, met aanbieding gekocht had, keurig betaald. Bleef er een bedrag open staan waarin duidelijk de originele schoenprijs was meegenomen. Vervolgens met 4 x over en weer mailtjes geven ze aan dat het om de schoenen wn verzendkosten gaat..De verzendkosten zouden dan 7,19 zijn. Dus dat is onzin! Ik bestel hier in ieder geval nooit meer.

Ich trage die Schuhe Tulip Plateau seit Anfang des Sommers.
Sie sind sehr bequem, luftig und vermitteln das Gefühl auf Wolken zu gehen.
Nun muss ich nach dieser kurzen Zeit feststellen, dass sich die Schnüre mit denen das Obermaterial mit der Sohle verbunden ist durchscheuern und sich die Teile voneinander lösen.
Die Schuhe kann ich nur noch entsorgen.
Nach Rücksprache mit dem Kundenservice würde mir ein Rabatt von 15% auf den Kauf eines neuen Paares angeboten! Da verstehe ich unter Kulanz etwas anderes.
Ein teurer enttäuschender Kauf. Schade!

I like these shoes but they are not made to last. They can withstand no rain at all not even dew on the grass. They stretch out to the point of clown shoes. I see a company response here that agrees the shoes must not get wet — no mention of stretching but they say the soles must not get wet AND they do not offer replacement soles in the event you need new soles. I have 4 pairs and now i regret it.

The Ilse Jacobsen Customer Service Team both times provided service that exceeded my expectations. I already was a fan of the product but now I love the brand even more having had both times such a great experience with IJ staff!

Habe zum ersten Mal bestellt und war sehr positiv überrascht: schnelle Lieferung, schöne Verpackung, stimmiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sehr gute Kundenbetreuung, zeitnahe Antwort auf Rückfragen per mail sowie rasche Rückerstattung, wenn Ware nicht lieferbar ist.

Ich bewerte hauptsächlich den Umtausch. Meine Schuhgröße ist 38,5 und habe die Flip Flops in 39 bestellt. Leider sind sie trotzdem zu klein! Kostenloser Umtausch in " Gr.40" ist nicht möglich. Die 7 Euro Rückporto muss ich tragen, obwohl der Fehler nicht bei mir liegt.
Wohlgemerkt wollte ich nicht nur zurückschicken sondern umtauschen in die passende Grösse. Auf der Bestellseite wird nicht darauf hingewiesen, die Schuhe größer zu bestellen

Great customer service

Thw experience that I received with Ilse Jacobsen was great. Daniel showed personable Customer Serice which can be rare in today's robotic world.

I have purchased 7 pairs of tulip shoes, the first pair stretched out too much so I gave to a friend.
The next 4 pairs were perfection! Purchased 2020 and before. Love love love. I convinced many people to get them!

Then I got a repeat of the yellow because I loved them so much, and another beige, (the give away pair).
The last 2 pairs have fallen apart in no time- they are trashed more than the 4-6 year old pairs! One pair, one shoe is perfect and the other shredded.

The supply chain has obviously changed and they deny this.

No recourse with the company and they send emails with 🙂 emoji instead of useful information.
Go back to the store, is all they offered.

A quick reply to a query I had about their distribution to the UK with shops of where I could buy a pair of shoes from. Received the shoes the next day. Brilliant service!

I bought a pair of their tulip shoes from an independent shop. After 3 days wear the insole was disintegrating. I contacted the company direct via Facebook messenger, sending pictures and asking if new insoles were available. Told they were not and had never seen this problem before. Took the shoes back to the shop, who also contacted the company directly. She kept me in contact via their emails to her. One of their sales team, initials CP, made disparaging remarks about my complaints -finding them “hard to believe”. They did not accept the fault, but they do send very polite, fogging emails. I have given them 1star, because I did get my money back. I would have been happy with an acknowledgement of the problems and a replacement pair of insoles! A very unhelpful company and terrible customer service.
