I received the ikrush fur lined black platform boots and I was so impressed. They sent me a sample and I absolutely love the quality and fit of these boots. The delivery was fast and the quality is amazing for the price. I will definitely buy more of their products, absolutely 💯.

From the time I placed my order to receiving it, I have had nothing but a good experience. I had a query and I messaged Customer Service and they got straight back to me. The price of my item plus delivery was very reasonable and the delivery was super fas.

1st time I have used ikrush and the dress is absolutely stunning ..the fabric is lovely a little stretch in it ..am 5 foot 4 and it comes to my lower calf which I wanted it gives me an amazing hourglass figure 😍which my husband loves ...and the green colour which I kept for Christmas Is really Christmase with a glittery/shimmer to the green parts of the dress which is stunning I felt really womanly and dressy in this dress and would highly recommend it not just for a Christmas party or night out but for any occasion it comes in 3 colour all are beautiful... I ordered all 3 but I only suited the green colour one otherwise I'd of kept all 3 of them ..am so glad I stumbled across
IKRUSH. And I will definitely buy from them again as my 1st experience was great from order to delivery which was very quick and then the return was also smoothly I had no problems they where great...thank you ikrush.. 10/10👍

Parcel didn't arrive. Contacted customer services and was told they had to wait weeks for their courier to declare it missing before they could issue a refund!

Claimed a refund through paypal.

Would not buy from them again!

My complaint is that as the parcel didn't arrive in the stated time, a refund should have been issued immediately. NOT making the customer wait 3 weeks for your courier to refund you!

I stumbled upon their website by pure chance while I was looking for a trendy yet affordable down jacket. When I saw their down jackets, I fell in love! The service is excellent, they respond immediately to any issue or question... The down jacket I received is beautiful and very warm. I ordered another one just yesterday, and I can't wait for it to arrive! I highly recommend the ikrush website, I will definitely buy from them again!
I add that I ordered from Italy and I had no problems!

The parcel went missing, and they wouldn't send out a replacement. Miraculously, it turned up 5 days later, but one of the items was the wrong size.
No checks prior to posting. To top it all, they were out of stock in the correct item. Asked for a refund of that item, there's a backlog of returns, so it could take weeks to give me my money back.
I'm not impressed.

I ordered the patient black doctor Martin, look alike, ankle boots, and they are great. They are very comfy and they even have a zip so they go on and off quickly. I'm going to get another pair because the price is amazing for the product.
