Inaccurate customer records
For many months I have been getting mail from IG0 4 to may home address. for someone who have never lived here. I have returned the letters each time. after 4 letters I phoned IGO4 customer services and explained that the person they were trying to contact has never lived at my address I gave my full details and the service agent promised me this issue would be escalated to the appropriate team to investigate... as expected I’ve have had yet more letters which I have returned and today I get a letter from a dept recover company.. I have spoken to them and now made a formal complaint. iGO 4 have no interest in correcting their records instead seem happy to push the problem to a debt collector to harass me !! All because of a failure in their records So would I use iGO4 ? NOT A CHANCE IN HELL ! I am still attempting to get their wrong address information corrected but I have little faith that will happen unless I seek legal advice and sue them for harassment . if anyone from iGO4 would like to speak to me I’d surely love to get their error corrected , so iGO4 please contact me and get this nightmare of a mess sorted. This started months ago and is still ongoing..

I’ve had a positive experience overall with PremFina’s IG04 car insurance. The team is responsive, helpful, and always has a great attitude when dealing with queries.
Although the phone line can sometimes be difficult to get through and waiting times can be longer than expected, once you’re connected, the service is excellent. They take the time to explain everything clearly, which makes the process much easier to understand.
There has been a slight price increase compared to last year, but that seems understandable given current market conditions.
I know some people may choose to switch providers to save a bit of money, but the level of customer service—feeling listened to and valued every time you call—is something that comes at a price and is worth it.
