Called to cancel auto renew /refused
Called to cancel auto renew as was unhappy with renew quote. I said I would get alternative quotes before deciding. Staff member refused to cancel it until I had come back to him with new quotes. Told him numerous times to cancel it and he became rude and condescending. Said I had to give them a chance to compete. I told him he had one last chance to cancel it or I would go to the FCA and write to the CEO. He told me to wait, nothing more, and then said "it's done" and hung up.
This is just sales bullying tactics.

I am also concerned by your comments regarding the tone of the conversation and the manner in which the call ended.

Terrible company. Offer cheap price then add costs late Easy to take out policy covers what I need for a good price. But then after leaving a review added £600 for incorrectly saying no proof of no claims bonus which is incorrect- no discussion no question
