All looked good until I got to the…
All looked good until I got to the question "I can confirm that I have read the pre-contractual explanation" - I couldn't see anywhere to read this so couldn't proceed further. A standard summary of the policy I was about to pay for was not available. When I went back to view policy documents, a pdf opened demanding a username and password.

We recognise how important it is that policy information and supporting documentation are clear, easy to access and available at the point they are needed.
