There was no hotel at that address. We arrived to a dark locked building next to a closed pizza parlor. No room!

THEY Booked WRONG hotel
Booked WRONG hotel…that is the booking agent booked the wrong hotel with non refundable rate. I called as soon as I saw the receipt and realized her mistake but all the new agent could do was cancel the reservation and give me a voucher for a future booking through the same agency.
