My husband attempted to make a reservation through this site. The female ( not a lady, maybe even AI ) on the other end attached outrageous unnecessary additional costs without explanation after quoting a reasonable price for a Hampton Inn room. After my husband questioned her, she COMPLETELY IGNORED his request to cancel the charge/ reservation. She very IMPOLITELY and AGRESSIVELY IGNORED MY 70 year old husband and SPOKE OVER HIM, COMPLETELY IGNORING HIS REPEATED REQUEST TO CANCEL. This is off-shore, foreign paid workers making Pennies on the dollar with NO RESPECT TO AMERICANS AND OUR WAY OF LIFE FOR HONESTY, UPRIGHT, RESPONSIBLE, BILL-PAYING CITIZENS! This is DISRESPECTFUL AND DISHONEST TO USE PEOPLE AND ABUSE PEOPLE THIS WAY! SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR UNETHICAL PRACTICES.

This website is a scam
Tried to use the voucher I received , even used the link they provided. It did not work and when I called customer service, I was on the phone for an hour waiting while standing in the lobby of the hotel at 9 pm. Hotel had a room for me but Hotel planner could not book using the voucher. Had to go to another hotel as I could not wait for a revised voucher to be sent to my email. The new voucher ended up coming 2 Days Later. This website is a scam scam scam scam. Do not use

Totally misrepresented who he was. Made it seem like he repped Ascend. Your company used a local phone number, and did not identify as a third party until booking was completed.
