They continue to advertise items that are out of stock. 24 hours later still showing the items. At present showing holds up and latex suspender belt reduced from £85 to £25.50 each. My order was refunded. But with no explanation until i went to customer service. Can you stop misleading people showing items you do not have to sell. It is dishonest and false advertising.

Thy delivered to the wrong address and refused to replace items or issue a refund.

They have different sizes, you never know what to order and they don’t help you with ordering, and with return I need to pay shipping.

Thanks to Josephine for an unusual support experience. I've sent a request to the team to get their opinion on a 2nd hand HB product I found online. She was nice enough to help me with that request, even knowing I was not the original buyer. Took a couple of ours, a nice explanatory email that answered all I wanted. I purchased final sale stockings and after trying them on, I found they created a strange webbing from toe to calf. I ordered the proper size according to the sizing chart. They do not fit around the toes, foot, or ankle like a sock or stocking & instead create one large webbed area. I have never experienced this in my life. I made several attempts in adjusting to try and make them work. My only assumption is that these ‘designer stockings’ are cheap & without quality control. Very disappointed & a waste of hard earned money.

I never received my package. I have been contacting customer service for weeks, and they have done nothing to resolve the issue. They keep delaying, making excuses, and pointing to DHL, while my money is still gone.

I have never experienced this with any other high-end lingerie store. This company clearly does not care about its customers once payment is made. I am extremely disappointed and will never order from them again.

I had an issue with a product I ordered. I contacted customer service, and Danielle was very responsive and helpful throughout the process.
Even though there was a bit of confusion with the return shipment, she handled everything directly with the carrier and kept me informed. In the end, my refund was processed quickly without unnecessary delays.
Overall, a very smooth and professional experience. I really appreciated the efficiency and support.

An item that was ordered online for my partner was out of stock in the size she needed and was refunded. I got notified when it came back into stock and was able to re-order, but I lost a discount that was applied to the original order. Nice looking lingerie but don't buy them as a present if you're travelling. I bought something in London while visiting at Xmas as a Valentines gift for my gf. You need to return it to the store you bought it from and within 45 days, even on full price items which are still in their collection! They're supposed to be a luxury brand but behave like a penny pinching cornershop

I ordered lingerie from Honey Birdette. The quality is good, but the bra does not match the size chart on their website.
The items are expensive, so I expected faster order processing. I connected customer service to exchange the bras for a different size and returned it the same day. It has been 5 days since they received my return, and the status is still "processing"
This feels too slow, especially for a PREMIUYM brand. I would recommend choosing a refund instead of an exchange, because the exchange process a very long time.

Had a question about my Honey points/dollar balance, swapped online messages with Heather who was very helpful and quickly sorted out my query.

I bought the catsuit and was really looking forward to wearing it. My body measurements were within the measurements of the size small on the Honey Birdette website, so that is the size I ordered.

When the catsuit arrived, I noticed it did not have a tag and it did not look like it was folded properly in the packaging. When I tried it on, I could tell right away it was too big. I went ahead and put it all the way on to be sure and had it on for literally less than two minutes before I took it off and put it back in the box to return it. I sent it back the next day and, a few days later, received an email saying my return was rejected because the item had been worn.

I'm not sure how an e-commerce clothing brand expects people to buy their clothing if we arent' allowed to try on the clothing to ensure fit. I sent an email in protest, and HB replied still saying no, citing "hygiene reasons" and included photos of a single strand of hair on the item. In the email with the photos they said "We know that trying on the item to check fit can feel necessary." Seriously? "...can feel necessary?" No, trying on clothing to check fit IS necessary, especially if you're buying that clothing online. And doing some level of repackaging of a returned item, including having to remove an errant strand of hair, is also part of being a clothing retailer. I had previously bought from HB multiple times and like their clothing, but I'll never order from them again after this.
