Had a question, emailed Customer Service and Danielle got back to me quickly - and perfectly. Danielle was able to resolve my 'issue' like an expert. Wasn't expecting that speed of service, nor the outcome to be favourable to me. End result - happy customer, expect more orders from me.

Parcel was originally returned to Honey Birdette as DPD could not access my building. After contacting them they arranged for my order to be redelivered. After another delivery attempt (no-one was home) I paid for my item to delivered on a Sunday. The parcel was delivered and accepted by my partner. Once inside he noticed the padded envelope was ripped at the top and by this point the driver was gone. I checked to see if all of the items I ordered were there and the bra from the set I ordered was missing. I immediately contacted Honey Birdette to report the missing item and submitted photographic evidence as per the live chat I had with the customer service agent. They have today informed me that seeing as DPD provided proof of delivery that there is nothing they can do (or willing to do). Shocking customer service all round especially as I regularly spend a significant amount of money with them.
To say I am disappointed and angry is an understatement!!
Sorry for the long rant but this has been an exhausting and frustrating experience all round!!

I want to give special shout-outs to Brenda and Liv at the Honey Birdette Boutique in the Westfield Mall Century City and to Emily and Stefanie at the Honey Birdette Boutique in the Westfield Mall Topanga. They're all great and went above and beyond for me. Honey Birdette is a class company through and through, and it shows in the people they hire to run their boutiques.

This company doesn’t honor their return policy (I suspect they don’t actually allow returns and the policy is a scam). I ordered several items and 2 sets were very similar so I tried to send one back. I had not worn the items and the tags were fully in tact. I also didn’t try on the bra and tried on the pantries over my own. I was told the return was not accepted due to stains. The only way there could have been anything on the garments is if their team did something. Again, I suspect their whole return policy is a scam. I recommend not ordering from this company unless you are certain you won’t have to send something back. They do not operate in good faith.

I love Honey Birdette. it is the only underwear I will wear. gorgeous, pretty, sexy. I have been ordering for years. I would definitely recommend. the quality is so good. recently my parcel was delayed (due to weather)- I wasn't too worried because the courier usually delivers the next day-ive never had any trouble in all the years I've been ordering. but Robyn from customer services still went out of her way to find out what happened and resolve the issue. Couldn't be happier thank you xx

Honey Birdette customer service is extremely poor, for such a premium product you would expect the same in service. I’m no stranger to HB as I have over 25 full sets but as lovely as the sets are I will no longer be spending a single penny with them.

The exchange process on the website seems like a good idea but the truth is it’s flawed. I did an exchange and was under the impression the replacement was secured for me. Due to Royal Mail loosing the items I was returning I contacted HB to find out what was happening, they confirmed the return was missing and agreed to go ahead with the exchange. When I got the email I noticed the main item from the set was missing but they didn’t inform me it was now out of stock. They sent me the rest of the set regardless knowing it wouldn’t be any good to me. I had to contact them again and send back the new items they had sent out.

I felt the attitude of HB was they couldn’t care less. They was not willing to compensate me because of their policy yet they had already shown they don’t follow the policy as they hadn’t informed me of the out of stock item. We are deeply disappointed with Honey Birdette.

Customer service is always helpful, Maya addressed all my concerns right away and helped me with every issue. I’m happy

This is specifically for their "final sale" items. DO NOT buy anything from their final sale. I have bought several bras without the sale - all different styles but the same size 34DD. As I had great experience I bought the same size of a bra on their final sale. What came in, though, was NOT 34DD even though it was labelled so. When I turned to their customer service as it was clearly not the size, they simply told me that I took the risk of buying on final sale and can't return....Nope, you can't mislabel and then sell as "final sale". So disputing with the bank now.
Be aware, it seems they are just dumping their "bad" batches on final sale. I expected a higher level of customer support from a luxury brand but turns out it's lower than from Shein...

I'm very disappointed with the customer service I received at your Macquarie store.
I have always had very positive experiences at your city stores, which is why this visit was so upsetting and unexpected.
I recently purchased four items online and went to the Macquarie store to return them. Without checking anything properly, the sales assistant immediately told me that they did not carry those styles and that she could not accept the returns. Her manner was dismissive, unhelpful, and quite rude.
I explained that I had already confirmed the return conditions with your online customer service team before purchasing the items. Despite this, she showed no interest in assisting further or checking the details.
I then had to contact customer service myself while standing in the store to ask what my options were. They advised that only one item could be returned because the others were last-sale items. However, this had been a misunderstanding during my original online chat, as I had sent links for the wrong items. Once clarified, customer service confirmed that the items were in fact returnable.
What disappointed me most was the sales assistant’s attitude. If I had simply accepted her answer, I would not have been able to return even the one item that customer service confirmed was eligible. Her lack of effort, rudeness, and unwillingness to help made the entire experience very unpleasant.
I truly hope the company reviews her performance and provides further training. At the very least, staff should be polite, professional, and willing to assist customers rather than dismissing them. A kinder and more helpful approach would have made a significant difference.
I love your brand and have always enjoyed shopping at your other locations, but this experience at Macquarie has left me very dissatisfied.

Great service, fast delivery, good quality

The quality of many outfits are now more similar to a halloween costume after they got resold. Horrible shipping, it would take 2 days max even from australia , now takes about 2 weeks after the planned date and they lowered quality a great deal & raised the prices. i travel a lot for modeling, no other company ships more horrible than you, and often sends 1 piece from a set you buy, canceling other pieces. You treat people who used to be fans so terrible! I lost a couple of pieces already in shipment too, they never care.

I had an issue with a purchase and contacted HB and dealt with Kiki and Gigi. I can’t even begin to say how lovely both these ladies were and both went above and beyond to rectify the issue. Honestly so grateful at the professionalism, kindness and promptness in helping me, you ladies are amazing and thank you Kiki for having a giggle with me 🩷

Had a few complications with a return and a new order. Customer Obsessive Representative Violet solved both of them very quick with no issues. Thank you so much! Promote her, or at least pay her more. She's a good one. Keep it up!

Just amazing. Gigi and the whole team responded so fast even on a Sunday. Just reached out because my stocking tore and they have just sent me a replacement with no questions asked! Such a great team and brand. Thank you girls

The lingerie is poorly made. The material is terrible— like Shein. Do not waste your time and money on it.
The pictures are all Photoshop and it doesn't look beautiful in the body. It looks tipe.

They’re very quick to respond. Fixed one of the issues I had communicates great and gets back to you every eight hours to a day. They were kind. And on top of that, their products fit amazing and look amazing.

Purchased an item for Christmas received the wrong size after waiting 2 weeks. Now they want me to jump through hurdles to get the correct size when they could of send the correct size. Honestly easier to cut my loses and leave a review instead.

Will not be purchasing from this company again.

Fantastic products, but the customer service is over and above what I expected. So quick to sort my issue and the resolution was very quick and easy. Keep up the great work guys I wil be back to purchase more for my wife for sure.

My gift for Christmas arrived in time. Due to an issue on post address and in transportation my package was returned to sender and couldn't have been placed under the Christmas tree.
