BEWARE, SCAM!
Ordered couple of sets for my wife, and just before shipping they sent me an email that one item is missing, so they'll refund me.
I immediately demanded that other items of the same set will be cancelled, but it took them a few days to respond.
In their response they told me that its too late, and the shipment is on its way.
Now I'm stuck with and incomplete set, and have to pay for international shipping to return it.
I'm sure they knew exactly what they're doing. Any other company would've asked how to proceed before shipping, in case some items are missing, but not this one.
Don't want anyone else to fall into the same trap.

Honey Birdette makes the hottest Lingerie and my husband goes crazy whenever I wear it. I also received the best customer service from Vera regarding a question. In fact I purchased a you for the first time and that mighty bullet was terrific! Thank you Honey Birdette or as some people say HB!

Contacted Scarlett at Honey Birdette with some questions regarding sales and release dates. Always a great company to deal with, and Scarlett was no exception. Love this brand, their products and innovations, I highly recommend them over all other lingerie brands, you get what you pay for sometimes.

I received my item via post today, and it was too big. I was unable to do the exchange process through the website, so emailed the contact us directly. In less then 10 minutes, I received an email to my personal email, and in my shop app with the link to exchange.
I also then received an email from Customer Obsessive Representative advising of all the information and the barcode to send the item back through Aus Post. I couldn’t fault this enough!!

I’m extremely satisfied with the support I received from April. She went above and beyond to help me with my request and made sure everything was organised in time for my trip.

She personally contacted both stores, arranged for my order to be transferred from Pacific Fair to Robina, followed up on the different items, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, kind and reassuring.

It was genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. April made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy, and I really appreciated the care and effort she put into helping me.

I'm writing this message to give feedback on the quality of the Honey Birdette stay up stockings. I've been buying them for the past 5 years because of the quality and because they were the only brand that would actually stay up. But I purchased 3 packs for $60 a few weeks ago which I didn’t wear until Friday 7/8. I first noticed the quality of the fabric had changed, but the most annoying thing was that they don't actually stay up. I was walking from my car to a function and they both started falling down. I will no longer be buying these stay ups and have started looking for a new brand. How disappointing that Honey Birdette are selling an inferior product but at the same price.

I work in the entertainment industry, so we often purchase lingerie and accessories as costumes. However, because we have such extensive wardrobes, many pieces are only worn a handful of times.

I purchased a choker and collar from this company, and it has only been worn twice—once for a photoshoot and once as a jewellery statement piece. Despite such minimal use, it broke.

I contacted customer support, expecting they would stand behind the quality of their product, but they refused to offer any assistance. It's disappointing that they charge such exorbitant prices for products of such poor quality, backed by equally poor customer service.

Scarlett resolved my issue quickly and in a friendly manner after I had been having trouble redeeming the birthday gift. She was able to send it in a separate order which was a fantastic outcome. I really appreciate her service thankyou very much

The lingerie is indeed very beautiful, but the customer service and overall experience were incredibly disappointing.

My order shipment was delayed by 2 weeks. In the end, I only received the bra, while the panties were missing from the package. I contacted customer support to request an address change two days before the remaining items were finally shipped. They completely ignored my request, shipped the package anyway, and then told me that it is my responsibility to change the address with UPS—which would cost me an additional $56! This is completely unacceptable for a high-end brand.

Additionally, the sizing chart is highly inaccurate. I bought panties in size XS, but they are actually at least two sizes larger. I have to get all of them tailored and taken in just to make them fit.

Beautiful designs, but the service and sizing are far from premium.

A whole set of products was purchased based upon online sizing for $475NZD. The online sizing for one item had one measurement, but the complex item had multiple fixed/adjustable parts. Appeared wrong at XL, queried that, but was told via online customer help that it could be returned if there were issues. Product turned out to be too large because the sizing guide was too simplistic. However, to return required postage to AU and then product postage again to NZ, resulting in $100 additional costs. Then if the product size was not right again, the process and cost would repeat. The risk is borne by the customer, despite HB being in control of the size guide and therefore responsibility. I suspect that margin is also applied to postage cost. Between NZ and AU, HB do not offer 'exchange'. Only a refund once received, and then the customer must re-purchase. Freight charges are excessive and do not represent other online retailers (for example another online lingerie seller in AU charges $15NZD to NZ, HB charges $42NZD). Further, even though the product was only released about 10 days prior, the actual size needed for replacement has since sold out and is unavailable. So again, the risk of needing a different size is held by the customer due to insufficient stock. You could end up with a piece missing from a set because the part you need is simply unavailable. Ultimately, our solution is to bear the cost of a simple high-quality alteration in NZ which is cheaper than postage and bears no risk of the item being incorrectly sized. We must walk away from HB forever for the reasons outlined. Customer service simply stated the policies without creative solutions. Minor discounts were offered; however, these were inadequate to deal with the issue. You'd think being able to provide accurate sizing and fair processes to deal with returns would be basic requirements for a high-end expensive online retailer, but apparently not.
