Service with a smile 😃

Went to Homebase today and I was served by Yvonne she was very friendly, helpful and all with a smile! It is staff like this that makes customers come back again and again. Gail

The service here is brilliant

The service here is brilliant. The staff are polite and very helpful. They took the time to explain possible solutions to my plumbing issues. I'd like to mention a guy called Jon was very helpful loading bags of cement into my car. All round great experience.

poor knowledge about online order went to pick up could not find drove home got call to say order had been found had to drive back to pick up wasted a lot of time

Even in this awful weather today

Even in this awful weather today, the staff at Tiverton were so friendly and helpful. Great advice given and even had goods taken to my car by the manager today. Always a pleasure to visit this store.

Good range of stock

Good range of stock, prices have come down over time to be more competitive, staff always helpful, some great discounts from time to time
