Awful service
Awful service. I came to the store on 23/03 to coolest my order only to be told by Jayne that my order wasn’t actually ready because it was on a pallet and the forklift driver was on lunch, this was at 3pm, so I’d need to come back later, despite me getting a text a few hours earlier to say it was ready. I came back the next day, Jayne seemed as disinterested as she did the day before but at least she was complaining about customers today. She told me instead of being able to collect the order from the collection point I would need to drive to the goods yard, which meant leaving the retail park all together, she just shrugged and was clearly didn’t care. She also failed to inform me that construction work was going on right by the goods yard so I had to wait 15 minutes while a tipper truck deposited earth, even more inconvenient that waiting at the till for 5 minutes only to be redirected. The yard was an absolute mess, not somewhere you should ever send customers, what with the construction work and numerous large delivery vehicles it didn’t feel all that safe either. I appreciate your prices are cheap but the service was absolutely terrible, staff with a poor attitude, messy goods yard, orders not ready, no interest in providing a decent customer experience was very disappointing, but I doubt anyone cares or anything will change.

Very poor customer service. Product arrived, but is damaged, presumably in transit. I sent a complaint and photos the same afternoon, and am still waiting for a proposed resolution days later. Nice enough emails back, but no action, and no reason given for delay. How hard can it be to simply send a returns label and arrange a replacement or refund? That should only take minutes.
There's no customer service phone number, so no way to escalate or try to get things moving.
Price was about £5 better than the next best ... wish I'd ordered from someone else now.

Happy with both ordering process and speed of availability. Sadly, the collection store (The Range) was chaotic. No check-outs operating, only a Customer Service point taking payments. No-one attending Collection Point, which was piled up with food and other abandoned items. Only one Assistant trying to cope with everything?

Unbelievably Wilko have taken payment twice from our credit card account. There is no contact phone number and the customer service link from the website is so confusing and extremely frustrating and very time consuming!! Please allow the customer to be able to explain things properly on the phone and not waste their time trying to solve this matter through chat bots. Saving money on reducing staff is not good business when it affects customer satisfaction.

order for click and collect made before store opened. still no email saying it was ready at 11:30 as i was passing. was someone in the garden area doing nothing. i went and got what i had ordered and went to the checkout where it was processed ..after a while. is there no training on how to greet customers? make eye contact, acknowledge their presence. just feels like there is no management in the shop. recently had two visits where the product has been in the warehouse but not out on shop floor. someone needs a good kicking

I purchased a clothers rail which in the image looked sturdy. When it arrived and I put it together I saw that one of teh bars at the bottom for shoes had already snapped away from the upright bar. When I checked online I saw that Wilko policy was a damaged item had to be taken into store which I cant do due my location and that no store is anywhere near. I wrote tot hema dn was surprised to get a reply so quickly which was encouraging telling me they would deal with it. The next email came today asking for photos! SO they dont believe the customer! MY this time based on the first reply my husband had repaired it with welding the bar back and doing the same to the remaining bars. He said they are tap welded (which is a process used for initial joining of metals prior to a proper weld) Underneath each bar there was a purpose made hole so only the top part of each bar had this weld! Thus it was never going to stay connected!!
I now have 15 items of clothing, not heavy, on one rail (its a double rail ) and the rail is leaning heavily one side, when I move it the wheels fall out of the bottom (they go on by pushing a plastic part into the upright poles.
If I had been able to see this rather than just online I wouldnt have bought it. Its literally a pile of rubbish, not fit for purpose....

Wilko also know as the Range How can you sell something online that you don't have, I wasted 1 hour going to collect the item after receiving email that it was ready to collect, you haven't had it in stock since 2024,if you don't know what you have in stock your doomed now I have to wait 14 days to get my money back
Very disappointed & unhappy customer
Very disappointed & unhappy customer . Placed an order to click & collect with Wilco at my local Range store. I went to collect the order the next day to find the order was incorrect. 2 of the 4 items were not what I ordered. So I wasted my time to collect the order and now having to wait for a refund . Who ever did my click & collect order did not put in what I ordered but decided to put a cheaper substitute in instead. Maybe because the item wasn’t in the store yet online it said it had 20 of the item in the store. Once I collected the order I knew it wasn’t right. Luckily I hadn’t left the car park . Wouldn’t have been happy to have to go back to the store . I will definitely not bother again . Waste of time . Staff in the store were very apologetic but still not a great experience as a customer.
Mouldy Stock
The bags of bark chippings were collected from The Range, all the staff were efficient and the click and collect was ready and brought to the car. All good. Unfortunately when we arrived home 2 of the 7 bags of mini bark were clearly very old stock. They were completely mouldy and white with mushroom fungi amongst the chippings. The chippings looked awful in the flower beds, so had to be lifted up and binned.
Fortunately the remaining 5 bags I bought were fresh, so we wrote off the two damaged bags as it wasn't cost effective to return them (12 mile round trip).
The Range needs to have better quality control over stock.
I would recommend opening the bags before taking home and checking the stock.

I used to a regular shopper with Wilko, not anymore. I ordered a few things for my garden, paint and brushes for fences, only no paint ever arrived, I had then to chase order, then continue to chase my refund with multiple customer service agent's. That was May 2026, I haven’t been back ordering anything ever since.

I was given a product with a best before of the end of April, and which had a partially torn off reduced to clear sticker on, so should not have been sold to me at full price. I now have to take it back. Not recommended.

I am extremely disappointed with this whole experience. I placed my order on March 6 and only received half of the items. The remaining products still haven’t arrived.
This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. The delivery service you’re using, DX Courier, is completely unreliable. For the past week, they’ve been giving me dates and then failing to deliver. I’ve had to reschedule 3–4 times already, and still no sign of the rest of my order.
This level of service is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I will not recommend buying anything from Wilko or using DX Courier to anyone.
I expect an immediate resolution to this issue. Either deliver my remaining items without further delay or provide a full explanation and compensation for this inconvenience.

No clear signage for the Wilko collection point that was in The Range. Very confusing and when we asked was told to just stand by the tills.
