Excellent communication. Driver knocked on my door on delivery rather than just leaving it. My only negative would have to be the cost of delivery and waiting for over a week to receive my parcel.

Ordered items on click and collect,got…

Ordered items on click and collect,got a phone call from daybrook homebase from a nice lady saying there was a glitch and they had no more wd40 contact cleaner she said it would be in next day, next day got a text 'your order is ready' walked to homebase to find no wd40 they only had lint cloths. Asked a male assistant when will it be in, reply was we haven't got any. To this I said I want my money back after a confrontation with him I waked out..I will never will go into homebase again.. still waiting for my refund

Thank you for your review, we are sorry that we did not have the stock you were looking to purchase. Unfortunately there can be variances due to stock not coming in on time as well as theft and damage.

Order online

Went in to store to collect a storage unit, couldn't find it in store. Went to the order desk, colleague was a young lady who explained it was kept outside storage area. Asked about the online discount, she explained that it would be online only. So I ordered it online, but she arranged to have it there before the order came through. Really helpful, I just did get her name
