Homebase - Nottingham Arvostelua 

The cashier Ben was lovely and offered great advice for decorating our new home. Everything was easy to find in store also

Prakash is really nice and helpful and solved my problem.

Had ordered 4 in stock items of the same type but they could only find 1.

I was advised they have stock in Newark, Derby but these are quite a journey. Why not able to order stock from other Homebase’s and internally transfer/ship items for click and collect? I’d be happy to wait a week no rush. That would have been proactive customer service! Staff are lovely

Items delivered well within the time scale suggested. Tracking option meant I could plan other tasks around expected arrival.

We drove 20 miles to collect our items. On arrival I noticed that one of the items had been sealed with tape. When we got home I started to put together the unit and found that the screw holes where in the wrong place which made the screws too short. I knew then that the item had already been returned and then resold, this should not be happening. Then I contacted customer services, that was a waste of time. They said they would send me out new screws, I explained over and over again that the holes are in the wrong place and it’s nothing to do with the screws. I asked if I could return it to the Arnold store to get a replacement, she said I had to take it back to Newark. I said this was wrong and I’m taking it to Arnold anyway. I phoned the Arnold branch and spoke to Beth, she was absolutely amazing. Could not apologise enough and told me to bring it down and they would replace it. Went into Arnold after work and Sarah sorted everything out. There wasn’t another one in stock so she arranged for it to be delivered to my house. Can’t thank her enough for what she did

I was able to get what I went into Homebase for which was
plants for my garden . I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of plants available, the reasonable prices and the way they were displayed.

I was served by Ben at the checkout and he was friendly and helpful as always.

Easy to order online. Quick acknowledgement of order and confirmation when ready to collect. Quick service at collection. Very pleased with overall service.

Very simple process, the item was waiting for me when I arrived at the store. Hand over of the items was very well handled and with a smile.

On entering the store in Daybrook Nottingham, on Saturday 24th August, was trying to work out where to locate what I had come for. Immediately John approached me, knew exactly what I needed and took me there. Lennie, who has been a mainstay of that branch for years and always cheerful took my payment. Something has shifted in that store. It was cleaner and the stock better merchandised than it has been for years. The staff, who for a long time have appeared unmotivated and miserable (even at times Lennie) are transformed. My experience was enhanced by the newly cheerful and attentive staff
