We arrived to purchase a parasol in natural colour but I really wanted grey , on arriving at the store I saw you had a grey so the assistant changed it for me. When we goy home (22miles ) the parasol has a fault it’s a line of about 4 cm to which daylight can be seen through it ,

Brett and the team …

Brett as always very professional and helpful
He designed our kitchen and delivered flawlessly that’s why we are returning customers!
The bathroom project is now underway and with excellent support from Charlotte and Yvonne I am confident we will have the same results as the kitchen!!

May I say what a great service I got at homebase hessle today by a lovely lady called Yvonne she couldn't help enough really helpful no hassle ordered a garden furniture from ordering paying for it n delivery spot on thank-you so much

Yvonne and Laura at the Hessle store…

Yvonne and Laura at the Hessle store went out of their way to provide outstanding customer service.
Yvonne talked us through in store promotions and also garden furniture options. Including durability , price difference and storage recommendations.
Both ladies were very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable.
We will now be booking in for a bathroom quotation.
They are a credit to your team and should be given credit and reward for going above and beyond.

Silly way to run a business.

Why when I order anything that you offer at four for the price of thee do you not give the costumer four bags automatically. I ordered three bags and was told by a member of your staff that I should have ordered. Four

I returned a powerbase battery that was…

I returned a powerbase battery that was faulty. Service was excellent. Unfortunately neither the large or small battery was in stock. Item is unavailable for home delivery which means another 30 mile round trip to my nearest homebase branch.
