Service vraiment nul

Service vraiment nul. Je reçois un mail disant que mon paiement n'est pas passé et me demandant de payer en ligne avec ma cb. Sachant pertinemment que mon prélèvement ne pouvait être rejeté j'ai voulu en savoir plus. Impossible de contacter le service rapidement. Obligée d'envoyer un mail avec un temps de traitement hyper long. Pour finalement me dire désolée de ne pas tenir compte de mon mail. Entre temps le prélèvement a eu lieu. Bref quelle perte de temps. A fuir...

I used Hokodo whenever I needed it and…

I used Hokodo for my company Nwanyies on Ankorstore, whenever I need and I have always paid back on time, but at the end of last year, I had some problems and could not pay back on time. Thanks to the solution, patience, and understanding shown by Hokodo, I was able to pay back without too much stress.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Difficult to find a person to talk to, when you do they are generally not able to help because none seems to have information.

Amazing Company

I never thought a company ever existed, I was made up that one of my suppliers offers 30 or 60 day to pay the invoice using Hokodo, it's a huge help when you're running a small business. The Company is amazing, extremely helpful, fantastic customer service, I highly recommend.

Duplicated 4 payments for over £800

Duplicated 4 payments I made in August 3 months after they were paid. Disgraceful and clearly not safe. No explanation given just the usual technical error. Nice way to raise short term cash flow issues Hokodo.

As you have noted in your review, due to a technical issue on our side, duplicate payments were taken from your account. Once this was raised, our customer support team acted to resolve the issue and refunded the money to you on 25 November 2022. We have also identified the cause and implemented a permanent fix to ensure this error will not impact any other buyers in the future.
