I'm really sorry to hear about your poor experience with Hokodo and Accurascale. At Hokodo, our intention is to make your life easier when purchasing for your business, and we deeply regret not fulfilling that promise to you.

I have looked into this and found that the invoice number issue is caused by a technical problem which we're now fixing. I understand it has been confusing and made it difficult to match Hokodo payment plans to your Accurascale orders.

I would like to apologise again that your experience with Hokodo hasn't been up to the high standard we strive for. I hope you will consider using our payment option again in the future.

Je tiens ici à porter rectifications…

Je tiens ici à porter rectifications sur mon précédent avis qui était très négatif alors que j'ai eu affaire par la suite à une excellente expérience ! J'ai été de suite contactée, après explications Hokodo n'a aucune responsabilité dans le souci rencontré et malgré cela ils se sont montrés très professionnels, réactifs et conciliants. Cela vient renforcé la qualité de leurs produits qui sont de très bonne qualité. Je recommande aisément.

Superbe

Cela fait plus d’un an que je Travaille avec hokodo, est vraiment une expérience au top, ils sont très réactifs très bien organisé, et même quand il y a eu un problème au niveau des paiements, la situation est Is super bien géré, ils sont pas culpabilisant ils vous accompagnent pour trouver les meilleures solutions qui conviennent à tous, vraiment géniaux. En plus les retours par mail ou par téléphone, sont toujours très rapides et très concis, mon contact est une jeune femme qui s’appelle Maude, et vraiment elle est géniale

Bonjour, en fait suite à la commande quand je vais sur l’application ou sur le site ça met que ma commande est en attente, j’arrive pas à savoir si la commande a été validée ou pas dans d’où la moyenne d’appréciation
