We've recently integrated Hokodo onto our B2B E-commerce platform and we would recommend it to any online wholesaler. The set up and planning process was really thorough and the team at Hokodo were very helpful to us and to our developers. The product sits seamlessly on our website and the initial reaction looks great. We're sure this is going to develop into a valuable tool for growing both revenue and AOV. Also, the after launch care is very thorough, with regular touch points from the account manager. Thumbs up.

Bonjour j’ai reçu un mail que le prélèvement a échoué et qu’il faut régler par carte , j’ai payé par carte mais après deux jours m’ont prélevé le même montant sur mon compte , je n’arrive pas à les joindre par téléphone, j’ai reçu un mail que c’est une erreur et comme quoi je vais recevoir un remboursement alors rien fais et toujours pas de remboursement.

This company is absolutely disgusting, harassing and calling fifty times after taking payments and taking the same payment three times then refunding then taking again. Have absolutely no idea what they are doing, say I owe fifty pence from before I even started using them and they are adding fees on because of this. Calling several times a day while I'm at work. Annoyed, frustrated and harassed.

They offer excellent customer service

Hokodo reacted quickly to our request and we received confirmation within expected time frame. Unfortunately there was a technical error that it took a couple of days to solve but once it was pointed out it was quickly rectified.

Shocking fo not touch. Declined payments ,asked me to link my bank account which I did payments still get declined, Customer service just blame other department and do nothing to resolve stay away people.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Thought I’d try this for my small business, placed an order via my supplier for next day. 3 weeks later and 5 unanswered emails, I still have had no contact or any goods.
No contact details apart from email address which they don’t respond to.
Balance of order still showing on my account even though order not dispatched. Will be taking up with credit regulators.
Avoid avoid avoid. Supposedly there to help small business but all it’s caused me is stress and worry and still cannot get hold of anyone.

Really helpful staff and replied very quickly to solve my issue

When you send an email to indicate that there is a payment that are going to arrive, you do not indicate the name of the supplier nor the amount.Moreover, when there is a problem with the amount collected, it takes 2 big weeks to be reimbursed.
