I still don’t have my outfit!!! It was due to arrive 4 days ago

Delivery came before my chosen date (I think because it was a Monday) so super happy with that! And the dresses were amazing also quality and looked 👌🏽on. Sizing was as described. Can’t fault anything.

Excellent customer service. There was an issue with one of the items on my order. Offered a replacement of choice. They added 2 pieces on and gave a discount off next order. Polite and apologetic about it. How a business should be run. Very impressed. I have ordered about 4-5 times previously with no issues either. A fantastic service overall.

I love Hirestreet! I rented 5 items for a recent work trip to Paris, rather than having to invest in buying things I would hardly wear again. The items arrived very quickly and all fitted perfectly.
I loved 1 item so much that I enquired about buying it. The response from Lucy was super fast including an offer to buy and a link to make payment. The process was really easy and I now own something I never would have purchased (its camel coloured cashmere and I have 2 young children!) but absolutely love.

In short I am now a massive convert to rental because of my experience with Hirestreet.

Excellent all round, fabulous clothes very responsive staff all very eager to help clothes arrived quickly and looking brand new label enclosed for easy return plus you get high end dresses costing hundreds for, in my case, £30 (some are more expensive some are less it depends what you choose m) true to size and I got tons of compliments 😀

1st time using the service and will never look back for any events. Attended a black-tie wedding. Great value for money to rent and return a dress £10. Bargain!
Dress arrived very promptly within 2days of ordering. And lengthy 15days to rent, bonus.
Size true to description.
Return was quick and easy, keep your brown bag and pre printed returns label.
Simple.

I think this is a fantastic service; having the prepaid returns label in the original packaging really helped me, too. My email correspondence with the team has also been great, they made sure I fully understood the process, loved the dresses (two, true to size) and will be using this rental service again!

I love hirestreet! Been renting for almost a year now. I never had a problem. Its very easy and quick process and whenever im out I'm wearing different dresses all the time thanks to hirestreet.

I really like the idea of renting items, especially for someone like me who prefers wearing new dress on every occasion it is a great service. Huge choice and very friendly customer service. Very speedy response.
And in addition in case if you fell in love with the item you rented there is an option to buy it and keep it.
Definitely recommending to try.

I’ve ordered from Hirestreet consistently now for the past 4 months and I’ve always had a pleasant experience. Not to mention there are some beautiful clothes to choose from! I tell everyone about Hirestreet and will always rent my occasion outfits from here.

There was an issue with one of my orders in that the dress I ordered for my birthday party was no longer able to be hired. Lucy made me aware months prior and gave me a choice to replace it. She was absolutely lovely and my emails were replied to so quickly and resolved. Hirestreet, please keep it up because there aren’t many clothes renting brands out there that do it like you do. You have a customer forever.

The customer service was amazing and went above and beyond.

Have used this service three times now and I have absolutely loved it. Gorgeous outfits usually way out of my price range at my fingertips, as well as being sustainable which is a real plus for me as I have quit buying new sequins or other new plastic materials/fabrics.

The only issue I had was sizing but that was easily solved by ordering well ahead of time, trying it on, then if it doesn’t fit you can send it back for rental credit to use when reordering for the actual event. I only had to do it once to know my size for future orders.

I've hired dresses from Hire Street for various black tie events and more recently a wedding. They deliver on time and the customer service team are super prompt and helpful on emails when I've needed to amend an order. I highly recommend!

Overall very helpful and friendly, even when something went wrong with my order (through no fault of their own) they quickly rectified the situation in a friendly manner! Thank you!

Loads of helpful reminders about the delivery and return dates, really clear instructions. Everyone was asking about my birthday outfits!

I ordered four months in advance for a dress and then received an email a few months later saying it wasn’t available, so I chose an alternative dress. One day before delivery I received another email (for the same order) saying my dress wasn’t available again and I needed to chose a new one again… I don’t feel like 24 hours is enough time, especially as I couldn’t find a dress I then liked from the short notice and what was left in stock. Customer service was good and gave me a full refund, but based on security of knowing if you’ll have the product on time for your event, I wouldn’t order from them again. The stress is not worth it!
