Placed an order for the HS x RUF…
Placed an order for the HS x RUF collaboration within the first 2 minutes of the launch. Processed and took payment and then emailed me in the afternoon to say they were out of stock and I would be refunded.
Had set reminders to get in early, so a disappointing outcome.

As it often happens, the quality of great service becomes clear when a mistake or anomaly present. The DHL representative forgot to affix the return label to the package and after 6 weeks it remained on hold. The terms for return were long expired and yet the HS team (Leonardo and Felipe) made sure to retrieve the order info and find a solution quickly and effectively. Not only they were efficient but ultra kind and pleasant to deal with. That's how you build customer loyalty in the digital age. Great job HS you deserve high praise!
